This brand new stylish beach home located 400 meters from the beach and approx 600 meters from the town offers the perfect location for your next down south getaway. The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two separate living areas. The down stairs open plan living room is a place you can sit, chat & relax or watch some TV while the kids enjoy their own space in the separate lounge room upstairs. The kitchen provides everything you will need to prepare & cook the family meal. With two outdoor seating areas you can enjoy outdoor dining, BBQs or just simply relax in bliss. BEDDING CONFIGURATION: Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - Tri-bunk and Trundle
HOUSE RULES
NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 8 people allowed.
-Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.
