It is located close to all amenities which include a beach area, pier, swimming pool, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor spa, sand volleyball court and courtyard BBQ facilities. There is wifi at the unit. It is in a great lakefront development for a family vacation. Close to bike & hiking trails and just adjacent to a public boat launch. Very close to Tahoe City for fine dining, shopping and entertainment. The central location provides an easy drive to ski resorts like Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood. Hair dryer, pack and play.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

Love this place!

This is our second time staying here. Perfect location for the beach and biking into Tahoe City. The complex has a nice pool and amenities (walk right to the beach). The condo is nicely maintained, comfortable beds perfect for our family of 6 to enjoy Tahoe.

All around AMAZING experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. I have zero complaints. Everything was clean and comfortable. Located in a wonderful area close to all of the activities we had planned. We are already taking about coming back and staying at this property!

Good location and Convenient

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great weekend stay in this condo! It was clean, comfortable and centrally located. We took a walk around the complex and down to the water where there is a cute little beach. The beds were great and the kitchen was well stocked - even saved a morning recipe because I forgot brown sugar! We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo!

little things make a difference. not just a coffee maker, but filters & coffee supplied. Lots of spices in the cabinet. zip bags for food in the drawer. all stuff that you likely forget to buy...no prob, all here for you alrdy!!

Fun stay at Lake Tahoe

Overall our stay was good, the accommodations were satisfactory. Best part was the location and how close we were to town. The condo fit 6 of us comfortably but was a bit surprised to find there were no tv’s in any of the bedrooms. The couch needs to be replaced because it looks like it was purchased from a garage sale and the feathers were coming out. The cushions also did not stay put and it needed to be cleaned. My teenagers didn’t seem to mind too much but I did not want to sit on it. The information binder has little to no tourist information in it which I found disappointing as we were visiting from Texas. They need to include some very important information we found out from the local restaurant about the free public transportation called TART. It was disappointing that this could have been mentioned in their booklet for the condo. My kids used it the last day of our stay after we found out about it. They downloaded the app and it allowed us to each do activities we wanted to do on our own. Overall the stay was nice, and decent for the price that we paid.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was close to things. Nice waterfront property. You can’t really see the water but the complex is waterfront. The add states there is access to hot tub in community. It is worded in a way to cover the company if it’s not. IF this is important (like it was to us), I suggest you clarify. We struggled to find it. We were told see the map in the book. There was no map. It would have been really helpful to include instructions on how to use the “key” for the fireplace. We have experience with fireplaces but never used one with this feature. There was trash not empty and hair in one of the showers. The beds and bedding were heaven!! Overall, great stay. Biggest thing is upgrade the book with more details.

Great location

The condo was perfect for our family! It’s walking distance to the lake and had a small beach area to set up chairs. The grounds are clean and the condo complex was quiet. The kids loved the pool! The kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

Great time at Tahoe - St. Francis Lakeside#2!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Perfect place for 3 bedrooms worth of guests (we only had 3 people and only used 2 rooms). We used the outdoor gas grill for all our dinners (meet and veggies and potatoes) never even using the stove except to heat water in the morning. Ate our meals out on the deck. Nice forested view. Well equipped kitchen though the ice maker didn't work...bought some ice. Crystal clear pool, nice grounds - walked around and down to the lake. Our guest had brought his paddle board but after mountain biking, was too tired to try it out, but the shore looked like a fine place to launch. The week we were here, occupancy across the complex was clearly way below 50% so it was very quiet. Like many Tahoe places, it heated up during the day, so we were lucky to have it cool down early. If the days had been in the 90s, it would have been very warm in the condo until late at night. Walked to Tahoe City daily (only about a mile) and location was a great base for mountain biking - Paige Meadows, Tahoe Rim Trail without a car, and drove over to the Flume trail (about 40 minutes). Great time! Would stay here again.

Great place for a ski trip at Palisade

This condo was super clean and spacious. We loved the indoor hot tub and used it every day! Just a 15 minute drive to Palisades.

The bathrooms were recently renovated and overall the unit was very clean. We used the BBQ one night which was great for dinner. Easy parking and great location to access multiple summer spots on the lake.

Reviewer Comments: The unit is in good condition and very clean and equipped.The only thing that was a bit annoying was that even though we didn't have to do the full cleaning before we left we did have to do some chores such as removing the linen etc. Otherwise we would be charged extra. If felt a bit impersonal. I definitely do not want to do chores on my holiday. There was no indication of what that extra charge would be. We did not have the option to choose the full cleaning at the time of booking.

Great experience

Had great time, nice condo that worked great for seven of us. Pool, bocce, volleyball and tennis courts were a little walk from the condo, but not too bad. Clean and parking easy even with extra car.
