Thoughtfully appointed small condo with short walking distance to beach. Capacity is 4 persons but 4 adults would be too many. Two adults and two small children could be comfortable. Loved being able to launch SUP from the nearby beach. Great stay. Love the patio and the green grass.
The value proposition of this property lies almost entirely in its location. In beautiful Tahoe City, it is just steps away from virtually anything of significance in that area. The place itself is neat and cozy, but certainly nothing remarkable. There is no view of the lake, and it is small. So the benefit of the place for us was not the place itself, but where it resides.
Very clean, very cozy. Needs some updating. Fixed the dresser drawers, adjusted cabinet and outside doors. Several tacks in carpet needed suppressed to eliminate tearing up our feet.
Convenient location if you just want a place to sleep and get around Tahoe City.
We were looking for a place in Tahoe City to be near our Son and family who had rented a house about a mile away. The great location is the best part of this unit. The manager responded to calls promptly and had the keys and map in the lock box by the office. Parking was convenient and close. The unit sits behind the lakeview units separated by some lawn. Sadly, no view at all. The bedroom in is the back of the unit and pretty small. it had a king bed but the mattress was very old and uncomfortable. It should be replaced or at least have a foam topper on it. The kitchen was convenient and well stocked for basic cooking needs. There is TV in both living area and bedroom but we could not figure out how to turn it on and called the manager for help. She did not offer to come and help. Told us to call Spectrum TV.The unit had a fireplace but my husband at 87 had to walk quite a way and bring it in. The fire was nice once we got it going. Some kindling or newspaper would have been helpful. Ultimately after two uncomfortable nights we left a day early foregoing 400 in favor of some sleep!
Great location in Tahoe City. Walk to all the restaurants and bars, enjoy the happenings at Commons Beach, access to many trails.
Well stocked condo with all the cooking essentials.
You have access to the complexâs private beach area but the condo does not have a view of the lake.
Great place in a great location! Easy walk to everything. Nice Farmers Market on Thursdays next door at Commons Beach. Small private beach and long private pier attached to property. Lakeside pool is nice. We definitely would stay here again. đ
Clean, updated unit that had everything we needed. The grounds are well maintained. Walking distance to literally everything. Check in/out process was super easy. Would absolutely stay here again.
Location was great.
For us 2 key factors were a miss -coffee and decent bed. No coffee pot and very old hard bed.
Other than those important items, the property was as described except checkout time, confirmation was 11am, we had to be out by 10am.
Perfect location to walk to restaurants and the beach. No need to get in your car the whole time of your stay. Cute little condo with everything you need!
I loved everything about this unit! The location was ideal. It was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything one could need. Check in and out was very easy. I would definitely stay here again in the summer or winter.
I canât imagine a more perfect location to spend time at Lake Tahoe! It is right on the lake, and adjacent to a beautiful historic park where the locals come to watch the sunset over the lake. It is minutes from several ski areas, yet separated from the commercialism of State Line at the southeast corner of the lake.
I recommend this property most highly.
I stayed at Tom's property a little over a month while WFH. The condo complex felt extremely safe, cozy, and walking distance to everything I needed. Tom was extremely responsible and flexible when questions arise. Would 10/10 recommend / stay again!
We stayed here just under two weeks, great location very clean. The photos need updating as the bathroom has been renovated really nicely. Amazing storm while we stayed so a great base. Hopefully back in April.
Tom's place was a great location on the Lake and on the bike trail to Squaw Valley and west shore locations. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo small but comfortable for a couple.
