The Space:

In the living area, a crisp white slip-covered sofa and plush armchairs sit on top of gorgeous hardwood floors. Pops of teal and turquoise provide bright spots of color, while the large front window lets the natural light in. The HDTV is hidden within the painted armoire, making a quiet spot to read or visit with friends. The vintage coffee table is the ideal place to serve coffee or cocktails.



Through a wide open archway lies the spacious, light-filled, eat-in kitchen. Bright white cabinets, white subway tiles, and a gleaming white farmhouse sink all contribute to the pristine feel of this efficient space. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and microwave. An antique sideboard adds additional storage options as well as a lovely, rustic appeal— and it holds the high-end Cuisinart coffee maker. The circular dining table has room for four.



Down a short hallway, two bedrooms each provide a private, peaceful place to recharge at the end of the day. 4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. We will provide a two-day supply of start-up sundries, including dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Guests will need to purchase additional items from a local store or bring them with them. Missing supplies must be reported to our Customer Hospitality team within one hour of arrival.

8. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly units, subject to an extra fee in addition to the nightly rate. Please verify whether pets are permitted in the unit you intend to rent. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Stay Texas authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place on a regular basis, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
