Enjoy a spacious and comfortably furnished townhome in a leafy neighborhood by Steamboat Mountain Resort that can accommodate up to 6 people. Saddle Creek 715 has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and provides guests with a light filled open concept main living area, with kitchen and large island with seating, and living space that surrounds the river rock fireplace. There is also large deck with outdoor seating.

Tucked away from the busy mountain base area, the townhome is located in a quiet residential area, with the free city bus stop only 1 block away, allowing for easy access to Steamboat's slopes and Mountain Village.

Family ski trip

Great location on the free shuttle bus route so individuals can come and go from the condo to the slopes as they please.Very clean, no pet or smoke odors.

Perfect location

We stay at this place every year. Love the decks, roomy and comfortable. Ceiling fans are great to keep upstairs cool. So nice to have a garage to keep the bikes!

Booked this property based on it having a private hot tub as listing states. There is no hot tub. Pioneer Ridge mgmt was notified a week ago yet as of this A.M., listing still states there is a private hot tub. Real downer on our vacation as kids were looking fwd to it. We won't be back and buyer beware when using Homeaway.

Sorry you felt compelled to leave a negative review after we refunded you money for the inconvenience. The hot tub failed prior to your arrival, and the owner opted not to replace it. Our house rules actually address this issue, and we have verified that our description of this property and its amenities is currently accurate.

Chemical odor

The condo was very nice, except the carpet floors were cleaned recently which left a very strong chemical odor throughout the condo. We didn’t want to put our 8mo. old on the floor it was so strong. If it was some sort of scotch guard, it would have been highly toxic.

January 2020 Stay

This was a perfect place for three couples. Plenty of room, very clean, everything we needed in the kitchen, each bedroom with its own bathroom, and convenient to get to the gondola. The two car garage was great as well. We will definitely be back!

July 2017 Stay

the person who checked us in at 4pm on Sat 7/29 was extremely helpful and friendly about our overall steamboat stay as well as to whomever she was talking to on the phone when I arrived...she is someone you want to keep! :) we LOVED the views and that we could eat out on the deck as well as just chill there without out much traffic noise and enjoy the views! the property owners should post perhaps another picture of that situation as many places don't have as big and nice of decks...which for the summer is really really a plus!

Every time (there were several times) I called before our trip I was always spoken to with respect, and I always felt like the person on the phone cared about our vacation as much as I did. During our stay the staff continued to be respectful and willing to fill our needs. I really can't say enough about the relaxed professionalism we received. Wonderful experience

We had a group of 6 for 2 nights. Everything was as advertised and in excellent condition. Pioneer Ridge was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend this property.
