Regardless of the season, the chef of the group can hop into the well-equipped kitchen and whip up tasty meals as everyone visits at the solid wood breakfast bar. The dining table has partial bench seating that can comfortably accommodate up to six people.

The main bedroom features a king-size bed, balcony access, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with a full bath. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom, plus an additional full bathroom. The third bedroom features two twin beds and an additional full bathroom.

Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You'll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home!
