Condo was very nice, clean and in a great location to downtown. Bed was very comfortable and there was aii the kitchen utensils you need. The only complaint was there was no household items at all, just a salt and pepper shaker.I do a lot of traveling and almost all places have some kitchen essential's.
Clean condo, well situated for our family of four. Our only issue in the condo is it the master bed mattress is worn out to the point where we slept on the mattress from the sofa bed. After hours check-in was friendly but could have been better because there are no lights on the building signage and difficult to locate the unit in the dark. Be sure them to show you on the map where the unit is in the condo development. Would stay here again with a new mattress.
Great location, not 100% accessible for wheelchair
We had a great time here. My dad is wheelchair bound and it was extremely difficult for him to use either bathroom. He couldn't have the chair in the bathroom to use the toilet, so we had to remove it in order to shut the door. Same thing with the shower. Plus neither are roll in. We know this is tough to find in most places, so just fyi for anyone wheelchair bound. We happily made it work. Great location, plus easy access to bus stops so we didn't have to use our cars all weekend.
Great place and location. Terrible Check in process
This place is great nice and clean. Love the Ore House at Pines location easy access to bike trails and downtown also close to mountain biking and grocery stores. The only downside is the check in process, which seems like it is stuck in the 1980s. Typically when checking into a unit you drive straight to the unit and entering a door or lock box code. For this check in you drive to the property management building, which will be closed unless you arrive between check in time of 4pm and closing time of 6pm. Then you have to pick up a phone to call the security guy who shows up in about 10-15 minutes and has you sign some paperwork and hands you a key. Then you are off to find the unit down the road. I called ahead of time to let them know I would be arriving later than 6pm. They instructed me to follow this process. A lock box could save at least 15 minutes at check in and another 10 at checkout. Great 5 star place just need to improve the Check-in and checkout.
Located in a great place! Shopping centers just around the corner. Bus stop was within walking distance. Place was clean and matched what was described in description. We enjoyed our stay and recommend to our friends! Will definitely keep this place in mind when planning our next trip here!
Layout of the property was great, and perfect for our family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked. Big issue was the unit smelled of cigarette smoke, including the mattress in the master bedroom. Management provided deodorizing sprays and were apologetic about it, but unfortunately itâs a difficult smell to get rid of. We even noticed on our drive home that the smell lingered on our clothes and masks. So if you are sensitive to that smell, make sure itâs been mitigated before reserving. Check-in was also 45 minutes late (4:45) which usually wouldnât be a big deal but after a 3 hour drive with two antsy kids in the car it was an inconvenience. Would consider staying here again if the smoke issue was fixed.
We visited Steamboat in January and did some skiing for a few days. The place was great - perfect for 3 or four people. Kitchen was well equipped and I love that they had a tea kettle. The place was clean and close to the bus stop, it can be walked with ski boots but on the edge of being too far. We chose to drive to the slopes instead. There are restaurants, a grocery store and a liquor store within walking distance. Overall a nice place and I will stay there again.
Cozy place that had everything we needed. Ground floor made it easy to move in and out. The only thing that was a problem was access to the hot tub. We had issues with the code.
Overall experience was excellent. only feedback to help other travelers was that a piece paper summarizing the operation of the remotes would have been helpful. It appears that you needed 2 remotes to operate TV--one to turn it on and the other to change channels--these 2 were separated in the main room but together in the bedroom--took us a while to find the m both in main room. Other than that it was all good.

Came a bit too late in the year for hiking due to early snowfall, but truly enjoyed the scenery and accommodations. Weâll come again (early fall this time!) to take more advantage of the surroundings.
Ground floor - easy access - close to stores, restaurants, ski slopes
Neither my husband nor I could carry luggage up stairs so this was the perfect unit for us. Easy in and easy out with handicap parking. The blind fell off the window and maintenance was there same day to repair. No other problems. Plenty of supplies and kitchen equipment.
