The Heart of the Valley home (half of a duplex) takes it's namesake from it's pristine views of the Yampa Valley and convenient location.

This beautiful four level home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and sleeps 10 people comfortably. The main level features an open and airy living area with a gas fireplace and spectacular views of the valley. Off of the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, bar for four, two islands and a gas stove. On either side of the kitchen you will find a dining area. There is enough room for 16 people at the next family feast, including the bar. On the same level you will find bedroom 3, views of Emerald Mountain and access to the deck. There is also a private hot tub located on the deck.

Bedroom 2 is on the third level and has private bathroom. The primary bedroom is on the top level and has a large en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi and amazing views.

The lower level features another large living area with it's own gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and surround sound. Bedroom 3 is also located on this level.
