This 1,136 square foot residence offers the comfort of a home with its spacious layout and well defined living spaces. Communications poor

Instructions upon arrival were very poor. After check out, I realized I had left something in room, called Mountain Resorts immediately…said they’d get it, no problem room hadn’t been cleaned yet. Next day, I had to call, they said it wasn’t there…it was there but obviously communication between front desk and housekeeping was not followed thru as promised. Or, staff theft is a problem.

Fabulous location, great layout, would stay again!

Great summertime visit! Large for a one bedroom, well stocked kitchen (thanks for the coffee!), great outdoor spaces. Wished we had been able to check in/out closer to the property, but the folks were VERY nice.

Wonderful, place, a bit noisy with traffic on Lincoln avenue virtually all night. Big trucks gearing down, etc, I would take a device to secure the door from the inside as the maintenance men entered our room, and turned on the light while we were in the back bedroom watching tv, and didn’t hear the knocking.

Beautiful spot, perfect location

The location of this condo in downtown Steamboat Springs is perfect for a ski vacation. Tons of walkable restaurants and shops, and then a quick (<10 minutes) drive to ski. Underground parking is a huge plus. Access to a ski locker at the gondola base area is also a huge plus. The condo itself is lovely and clean and a nice place to spend downtime. Would absolutely return!

Perfect location

This property fit our needs perfectly. The condominium is right in the heart of town, so walking to dinner and shops was easy. The secure parking for our vehicle was very nice. The unit was clean and comfortable (although the very heavy lumpy bedspread should be swapped out for something lighter, especially during summer months). The unit is well stocked with cooking utensils, but if you plan on cooking, you’ll need to bring staples (spices & oils). Overall, we loved this property, and thank the owners for allowing us to use their lovely rental :)

Great downtown Steamboat Springs property

We really enjoyed staying right in the heart of Steamboat Springs. We were walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops, which is what we wanted. We didn’t ski, but the property management company offered lift ticket discounts if you wanted. Plus, the ski area is only about a 5 minute drive away. The place was modern, the bed was comfortable, there were boardgames and movies - everything we needed. There was a bit of road noise because it’s right on Lincoln Ave, but it didn’t bother us. We would return to this unit if we do another Steamboat trip.

January 2018 Stay

This was a lovely condo in a convenient downtown location. Street traffic was a bit loud especially in the bedroom (the white noise machine and fan helped block the noise) and the closet where the washer and dryer were had a odor. Very nice furnishings and it was nice to have housekeeping come in a couple of times while we were there.

Wonderful

This location is unbeatable if you enjoy or want to explore downtown Steamboat - no driving or parking necessary! The underground parking is such an awesome amenity. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed is king-sized and super comfy, and the bathtub was luxurious to sit in. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. Probably best for just 2 people but the couch does fold out! Enjoy!

Great apartment and location.

It was a nice relaxing stay, had one snafu where our designated parking spot was taken by a property management vehicle which was an inconvenience, especially with a baby in tow. Response time from property management was pretty slow. Otherwise it was perfect - clean, walkable and had a great outdoor space.

Great location but lacking some basic items.

Great location and very clean. Property lacked basic items like kitchen tools (can opener, tongs, dated pans), cleaning items (dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tabs, counter cleaner), and spices and olive oil/Spray (salt and pepper and that was it), During our stay the automatic garage door was not working and the washing machine had a distinct odor (that existed last year as well forcing us to purchase washing machine cleaner).

September 2019 Stay

We stayed a month to help our daughter with a newborn. Condo was large and very nice! Kitchen was well equipped including a crockpot which was convenient for making meals! We liked having the pass to the Hot Springs pool. Staying downtown was very convenient to restaurants, happy hours, shopping and walking the core trail along the river. We tried a new restaurant Mai Tai which was fresh and good. We also had never been to Besame and enjoyed their 50% off tapas at Happy Hour. Definitely will return to both of those restaurants. Carl’s next door had great burgers and half price drinks on football game night! Lastly, we drove 5 hrs one weekend and saw both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.

February 2021 Stay

Condo is beautifully appointed and nicely located. Gondola Ski Locker conveniently located and nice amenity so you don't have to ride bus in ski boots and carrying skis and poles. App wasn't clear on code for entry into building and I needed to call management company to gain entry. The door entry segment on the app was blank. The position of condo lends itself to some road noise. All in all was a pleasant experience.

Not worth the price

It was just ok, but for the money it should have been better. Unit looks a bit tired. A/C main vent was dirty. Unit had a temp dishwasher installed that leaked in the floor the first night. Traffic noise from Lincoln Ave was very loud and all night long. All and all it was nice staying downtown, but for the money the unit should have been first rate.

Great location!

It’s a great location! So close to great restaurants and little shops. The free express bus to the mountain was super reliable. Just remember to look at the schedule. Also, take and wait for the express bus. We also rented skis at the mountain through a concierge service/company. They kept our boots (which we brought) and the skis so all we needed to bring was our helmet, etc. Only piece that could have gone better was that I didn’t receive check in instructions until 4 hours before. I travel across country so showing up unprepared wasn’t ideal. Also it was clear I had to go to a different location to get keys. This was supper inconvenient since I didn’t rent a car. Luckily I had other friends in the trip that did so they carted me around. People were super nice tho!! It’s more the process that really wasn’t great.
