The two combined buildings offer 3 bedrooms/2 baths and sleeps 8 comfortably. The property is just 150 steps to the back of the Chatham Squire. The main house has a wonderful front porch to enjoy after a day in town or at the beach. The living room is so inviting with updated comfortable furnishings and the kitchen is updated with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.

There are two bedrooms in the Main House on the second floor one with a queen and the other has a queen and a twin trundle bed. Look out the door and there is the adorable one bedroom Guest House that everyone will want to call their own. This cottage underwent a complete interior renovation creating outstanding guest quarters. It offers a queen size bed, cozy living space and updated bath with a 65" television. Both houses are included in this charming rental.

The property offers central air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, roku televisions with streaming services, renovated bathrooms, new gas grill, storage bin with beach chairs and beach umbrella and enclosed outdoor shower. Two sets of golf clubs are available at the property for your use.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
