Nestled in South Kihei, this charming condominium complex captures the essence of Maui's natural beauty and warm hospitality. Unit 137 is a ground floor, comfortable one-bedroom, one bathroom condo that sleeps 4. It is tastefully furnished in a Hawaiian motif and is steps from the upper pool, tennis/pickle ball court and BBQ area.

Unit 137 features a King size bed, Queen size sofa bed, high speed internet & Samsung Smart TV, private lanai (patio), washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, iron/ironing board and a hairdryer. Our guests can enjoy the comforts of home while immersing themselves in the beauty of Maui. The lanai closet is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, sand toys and a wagon for you to explore the many Kihei, Wailea and Makena beaches.

We have stayed at Hale Kamaole but not in the same unit. It is conveniently located for us.......grounds are well kept, and right across the street is the beach which is perfect for sunsets! Nice BBQ areas which are cleaned daily......both charcoal and propane. There are 2 pools. We love staying here and will be back again next year!

Nice condo in Kihei

As described, an older grass level condo in a great location. It was Perfect for us. Nice grounds, across the street from Kamehole III Beach. We ate out on the porch every night. Shopped at Foodland and WholeFoods markets within a mile. It is next door to the boat launch if you do the Molokini snorkel trip. Good time.

The kitchen had all the equipment we needed. The views from the unit are lovely.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over the years we have probably stayed in 20 different units. Unit 137 was most disappointing. It is in dire need of repairs/refreshing. The refrigerator is very noisy & appears to be on it’s last leg. The dishwasher door needs repaired—it was very difficult to get it to work because of it. The living room furniture is very tired and needs replaced. We would never stay in this unit again because it doesn’t have a sleeper sofa in the living area. On the bright side, the beach equipment was well stocked—chairs and umbrellas were in good condition.

My husband and I had this very comfortable and family-friendly one bedroom unit, our kids and spouses and grandchildren all had separate 2 bedroom units above in the same building. It works so well. Perfect for our family Unit 327 was extremely well stocked for us to cook meals for entire group and serve all 17. Lots of space and seating to be the family gathering spot. Right across from the pool. Lovely lawn and gardens. We will repeat this vacation

Chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, etc. washer and dryer, fast WiFI, A/C and every possible thing you may need. Truly a home away from home and right in front of the pool and BBQ area. It could use some updating, as all the furniture sons bathroom is original from 1980’s, but well kept. The sofa is not a sofa bed, but large enough for a child to sleep on. Overall great value
