Soggy With a Chance of Horses

We came down to hot springs for my wifes birthday. She hadnt been to Oaklawn before and we wanted to show her the ropes. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we were only able to come to the track one day. It was a blast though. She had a great time. This property helped us have a great time. Such a cute, quaint, and clean property for us to stay dry and warm in. We will definitely be coming back!

Walking distance to Oaklawn

Wonderful, updated place that is comfortable and pet friendly. Walking distance to many restaurants and the track. Quiet neighborhood and fenced in back yard. K cup for coffee. We hope to stay again!

The property is great and has been recently remodeled. It had plenty of room and is well equipped. It was very much consistent with the online description. It was convenient to the sites we wanted to visit.

The house it self was very nice and clean and newly remodeled. The neighborhood wasn’t what we expected but nothing was bothered we wasn’t bothered by anyone. Overall we had a good time

Great location. Beautiful weekend.

Patio outside is kind of flimsy as my dad sink in one of the chairs and had to grab onto table to not fall down. Backyard is fully fenced. We boarded our dogs because pictures showed not fully fenced but it is. :)

Very Clean Home!! Cleanliness is very important to me! With that said, the outside yard in the back could use some upkeep; the grass needed cut. Otherwise, no issues at all. :) the home is close to everything in Hot Springs, which was very nice, but the area the home is in, appears to be run down.

Nice place to stay

The house was very clean when we arrived. Kitchen has everything you need. Was a nice option for us, as we brought our dog along. The backyard is fully fenced. There us an open lot behind the property. Neighborhood was generally quiet.

Clean and convenient

The house was cleaned and well stocked. No issues with the house or outside property. Conveniently located in a residential neighborhood and easy to locate. We extended our stay and had no issues modifying our date. Very pleasant experience.

Nice little house

We spent the weekend with another friend couple, and very much enjoyed the property. There was plenty of room and everything was very clean when we arrived. The location is good, especially for Oak Lawn, we walked up Saturday afternoon and it took us about 10 minutes. Also an easy 5 minute drive to downtown/bath house row. 2 bedrooms were legit and a third bed was tucked in the back, would be better for a child or single adult probably. The house was a remodel, obviously, and it was done well, but the one thing I remarked at a few times was that the grounds needed kept. Yard needed mowed and there were very tall weeds popped up in several spots including the driveway gravel lot. Some ivy like invaders along the front porch area. Neighbors were good, clean neighborhood but about 3 blocks over gets pretty run down, but no issues. All in all we enjoyed our time and the property and are already talking about possible future stays.

Great location and clean!!

We loved staying at this property. It was the perfect distance to walk to the race track. The neighborhood was very quiet. This house is adorable and extremely clean! Would definitely recommend.
