This was our second stay at this property. It was just as great as a couple years ago. Just big enough for me and my husband. Will always try to stay here when we vacation at Indian rocks beach.

This was our second stay at this property. The space was clean, grills worked so making late night meals was as easy. Conveniently located across the street from the beach made relaxing easy. The provided beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon were an added bonus.

Excellent host!. Easy access to the beach. AC didn't keep the room cool the whole time. Maybe a deeper cleaning (floor) could make it a better place. I would come back.

Great Get Away

We stayed during the week of the 4th of July! The stay was great. The location is an easy walk to the beach. The host does an amazing job at anticipating their guests needs. Great location, cozy quarters, great outdoor space, and well equipped for a comfortable stay!

Indian Rocks Beach

This is a yearly vacation my wife and I take to relax, it was perfect, steps from beach, great area, and very relaxing. Kristen, one of the owners was very nice and attentive even letting us know when a delivery was being made due to some Hurricane clean up efforts going on. Loved our stay!!

Quaint beach house

Small little place for two great location, clean short, walk across the street to the beach, walking distance to the Kooky coconut. Clean with great amenities.

This place is everything and more than we expected. The hot tub was great before bed .

We would definitely book this place again very clean . The hot tub is a plus used it often. The beach is so close which was great for me I have a hard time walking and it was so easy to get to the beach .

IRB Stay

This property was great for 2 people, we enjoyed our time here. Having laundry available for use was very useful and the full kitchen!A few more basics could be included in the kitchen but other than that we enjoyed our stay here!

Excellent location, apt is spotless with all the amenities to make for enjoyable stay. Small details like extra towels, shampoo, soaps etc were nice touch. Christine, the owner was very helpful with recommendations on dining and local activities.

Convenient location, includes all the necessities, even beach chairs. It was clean and nice getaway atmosphere. Good parking out front. It seemed a bit small at first glance, but we actually loved it and we intend to rent it again if we travel that way again.

Great Vacation

Property was clean, had all the amenities we were looking for. Beach was across the street, good restaurants nearby all within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone who is looking to unwind and relax in this quiet town.

Stay was great.

We went for New Years and was very clean, great location steps away from the public beach access. Great for couples and small family. We had mom dad and two little ones. We will be going back again.

Property was a very short walk across the street from the beach access. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Even provided chairs and umbrella for the beach. Host was easy to get a hold of and accommodating.
