Upstairs you will find the main fully equipped kitchen, with the must-haves for any quality holiday - a dishwasher and coffee machine! The living area boasts a piano for those who are musically gifted, while there are also three bedrooms upstairs - one with a queen bed, one with two singles and one with one single. There is also an upstairs bathroom with a shower and separate bath.

Downstairs you will find a master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, as well as a garage/games room. Next to the downstairs living area (separated by a curtain) is another sleeping area with 3 single beds. There is also another kitchenette, as well as a wet room and dog area so you can bring your pet to stay with you but keep the property clean.

The property also boasts an upstairs balcony and private garden, free wifi access and parking. There are portable fans in every room. There are plenty of books to read and all linen and towels are provided, making this your perfect choice for holiday accommodation in the Jervis Bay area.

There are so many things to do in the extended area, including the ever-popular 100 Beach Challenge, and don't forget the Famous Hyams Beach with its famous white sands. Whale watching is available from nearby Huskisson. For the revheads there is an MX track at Nowra, along with the speedway in summer. For something different to do, Sassafras is a small town west of Nowra where you can pick your own Chestnuts in April.

If you are bringing your pet, a mandatory additional cleaning fee of $100 will be payable after you book through our guest portal (you will receive details for this once you have confirmed your booking).

We reserve the right to cancel your pet request (and offer a booking cancellation) should we deem your pet unsuitable to stay at a short-term listing. We also reserve the right to charge extra (up to an additional $100) for shedding pets to cover the cost of steam cleaning. Should you state your pet to be non-shedding and our cleaners report pet hair and we need to book steam cleaning, we reserve the right to use your security deposit to cover the additional costs of steam cleaning. Even though the property is listed as pet friendly, we expect you ensure you treat our property with respect for the owners and other guests, and pets are kept off furniture and bedding and are cleaned up after.
