A spacious 3 bedroom, 1.75 bath, three-level townhouse in Alpine Village, this home offers room to spread out comfortably, from the living area with flat-screen TV, electric insert fireplace, several couches, and AC, to the extensive back deck. Between, still on the main level, lies the dining area with seating for 6 and 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. That full kitchen offers a dishwasher and microwave, while nearby is a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer, and a 3/4 bath.
The second floor offers a primary bedroom with a queen bed, TV, AC, and direct access to the full bath. Beyond lies a second queen bedroom with TV, with hall access to that bath. On the top floor is a third large room with two twin beds and a sitting area with a TV/DVD player.

Alpine Village is located close to downtown North Woodstock. North Woodstock offers great dining opportunities including local favorites like the Woodstock Station & Brewery, Merland's Tap and Table, and the Woodstock Pie and Coffee Co. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming (Cascade Park is just a walk away), kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Please note: Alpine Village Townhouses have only one allotted parking space. There is overflow parking within the development. Dogs are welcome in this unit, there is a $50 + tax one-time pet fee per dog with a max limit of 2 dogs allowed. This home does not offer a pool or fitness center membership. However, 1-month+ memberships are available at either the Nordic Inn Club or the Mountain Club on Loon for a separate fee.
Alpine Village does not offer a ski shuttle service.
This home has two air conditioners: one in the living room and another in the primary bedroom.

The stay was great! Very good location near all the local NH attractions. The unit was well kept, had all the amenities the family need and a big plus was it was pet friendly, we brought our dog.

We loved our stay here. The place was available a little earlier than expected so we were able to get settled earlier. It was clean and in order. We loved that it had 3 floors. There was more than enough space for our family of 5. We were supposed to stay Fri.-Sun., but there was a state of emergency given by the Governor where we live and the reservation agency wouldn’t work with us or give us any kind of partial refund for the one night. We didn’t feel safe driving our family in a snow storm.

Everything was great!My only concern was the billing. The invoice I received from Loon Reservations had different names/labels than the invoice I received from VRBO. The final tally and cost were the same, but trying to figure out what was what was difficult.

Great location, clean, comfortable and was so happy we could bring our Shih Tzu with us. The only downfall was getting on the internet. It was time consuming and difficult, after a traveling it was frustrating.

Nice comfortable place to stay. Place was spotless. We stayed 2 nights in July during hot/humid weather. There were ac units for the first floor and one of the bedrooms. The loft and second bedroom had fans, both rooms cooled off ok after dark. Good value for the price.

But I got what I needed. The employee showed up at the condo to make sure I could get it. This is great.... but he got really annoyed that I was already inside the unit and told me I was wasting his time.

Thank you for choosing Loon Reservation Service and our "Alpine Village Unit #39" for your recent trip to Loon Mountain and NH's White Mountains. Sorry you had initial trouble in finding the info we'd sent you in regards to getting access to the property, though great to hear that our reply to your call for help when on-site was answered so promptly. Yet that our property techs on-site response seemed or was "less than best" is then unfortunate. The February President's Holiday Weekend that you arrived to was a full house and proved stressful for the after-hours staff and sorry it seems to have shown at that moment. Getting you quickly well situated in your vacation home was the prime focus of course, and glad to see we were there as necessary, although with a footnote for improvement to be made in the future. Very complicated process to book

The process of booking this place was rediculously complicated becuase a rental agency listed it on VRBO, but then made me go through thier whole rental processs on top of the VRBO stuff, which required multiple other forms to be filled out right after I booked as well as more emails with additional forms and signatures needed two days before my trip. The agent also told me it cost more to book on here than going through the rental agency, but wouldn't allow me to that. Definately not the experiece I'm used to with booking vacation spots. I waited too long to book so was stuck dealing with them since there was no other places available, but don't recommend it. There was a private wifi for the condo, but the rental agency wouldn't give us that password and said we had to use the public wifi for the whole complex which of course isn't secure. Good location, able to talk into town for dining. Place was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Thank you for your feedback. As a real estate rental agency in NH, we do need to have you sign a rental agreement and some other related documents at time of booking. The form 2 days before arrival is regarding Covid safety, but we may be at a time that we can remove that one. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel any reservations within 30 days of arrival, and especially not one to make the switch from VRBO to us, as VRBO can tell that you still have a reservation with us and will remove our homes from their site, should we allow that. We were merely trying to help you save money with your next reservation with us, or any rental agency. We would have happily provided the private internet information to you for this homeowner, but did not have that information. Only the homeowners can provide that to us. The association will not. We do ask each homeowner for that information. We are happy that at least you found the home comfortable and had everything you needed.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at this townhouse, it was very close (some might consider walking distance) to town, nestled between White Mountains and 15 min drive to the Kangamangus Hwy. The house itself it clean and spacious, just like in the photos. Staff were responsive when we flagged issues and came in person to support when we couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower. Would highly recommend staying here for your next visit, because we can't wait to come back!

The complex is very well maintained and landscaped nicely and has plenty of lighting for walking our dog at night.
