Family trip

This place was amazing. My family and I really enjoyed the 3 balcony, the 3 full bathrooms in each room, the open floor plan and most importantly the beautiful view. We will be staying again. This place really didn’t fail us. Until next time iTrip!!!! Thank you

Great family vacation

This unit offered amazing views and convenient access to the beach. Plenty of room for our family members to enjoy. There were a few things that need some repair or updating but overall this was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining room table was perfect for us. Would highly recommend this unit. Check in and out was very easy.

Amazing

Loved the property.spacious clean and made us all very comfortable. Truely a place away from home. Love the balcony we hang out in the balcony than the living room. The location is perfect. I would suggest to maybe upgrade some ofnyour kitchen stuff. But other than rhat ot is amazing. Will book here again when we go back tobl Myrtle Beach. Thank you for making our vacation even more memorable

Just like the pictures

The condo was very nice and spacious. It was clean, and came with the essentials we needed for vacation. Kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/utensils. We had plenty of clean towels and extra sheets if needed. The proximity to the beach / attractions was great as well.

We had such a good time in your penthouse. It was a very easy transaction. We had a small hiccup with the coffee pot in the very same day. They came and replaced it. The view was beautiful and I definitely want to stay again.

Nice space, needs little things to make better.

Decent place, small pool, the place fit 7 comfortable, kitchen needs better dishes and pans, there was one dish towel, no dish rags or sponges. We also were there while they were working on the roof witch started around 8 am we were up but it was noisy.

Top Notch Stay

All expectations were pushed beyond 11 the moment we walked through the door. We were surprised that the condo was one of two on the penthouse floor. The balcony was like a full patio to hold over ten people comfortably. Plus, the master bedroom had its own balcony. The living space felt like living in a house. Let's not forget the ocean view. We've couldn't have stayed in a more perfect spot. You are always within walking distance of places to see or short driving distances of places to eat. The party of people I was with was truly impressed by the amazing find of this location. Thank you for providing us with this amazing experience.

More then expected

This place and view was absolutely amazing, words really can't describe the experience... My family was extremely pleased even with some cons like the dryer didn't get hot to dry our clothes but luckily we were not dependent on that. Also the beds were not comfortable to sleep on.. We were not quite sure if it was the mattresses or the box springs... But other then that it was definitely an experience of a lifetime.

this place the rooms do not look like online. it needs alot of work for the price. sat in a chair at the pool and it broke. people were always coming to the door beating on it no clue why. called the office they said theyd figure it out never called back. didnt give me a door code to even get in the place. overall will never stay there again ever

We’re sorry to hear you may have had challenges with your stay, but we have to say we’re shocked by this feedback. First, we did supply the code to the building: It was in the packet you picked up from our office. We’re very confused by the statement that the pictures don’t look like the condo, as they absolutely do. Yes, minor decorations like bedspreads may change from time to time, and some wear and tear is to be expected in the busy season. But as a whole, the condo looks the same. Regarding the pool chair, we’re sorry that happened to you, but we don’t manage the building nor do we manage the pool area, so we’re not able to speak to that. Hopefully, you reported it to someone who did work there so that they could assist. Regarding the alleged “banging on your door,” we have never heard this feedback from anyone else staying in this condo. Not every rental is a fit for every person, but we do appreciate you staying with us-

First, the property was perfect size and very comfortable for two families staying there. The location was great. Parking was never an issue. Beautiful balcony views of the beach. However, the cleanliness of the condo was the issue. The floor was sticky and smelled like dirty rag. The microwave looked like something exploded in it. There was dead cockroaches on the floor, also saw two live ones. Someone shirt left on the floor in the bedroom. An empty juice box in the dresser behind the tv. Very dusty. I have pictures of it all, when I text the property manager her response was “they obviously didn’t see it”. She did offer to have someone come out and clean but at that point I went to the store and got stuff to clean myself, because the mop and bucket that is there and was filthy and disgusting. We had a late checkin around 6pm so there was plenty of time to clean properly. I did read previous comments about roaches and being dirty but figured they would have figured it out since then. Also there is very minimal kitchen stuff so beware if you plan on cooking a lot, just a few frying pans. Nothing to boil water. That being said, if the condo was cleaned and had some more kitchen gadgets, it would be a perfect place to stay.

We again apologize for any cleaning issues encountered at the time of arrival. We do wish you would have allowed us to send the supervisor back over so that she could fix the issues for you while you were out enjoying your vacation. We have spoken with the cleaners and they no longer handle this condo. Thanks for staying with us!

Very Dirty

You need to fire your cleaning crew. It was obvious that counters or furniture tops hadn't been wiped down. There were drink rings from previous guests. Furniture was also very dirty. The Nightstand in guest room was sticky and gross. The floors were filthy. We did find the cause of the dirty floors by tracking down an awful smell. In a closet there was a bucket with mop soaking in dirty mop water. Couldn't walk 5 feet without feet turning black. The balcony was disgusting as well. Fruity Pebbles stuck to the chairs and on the floor and broken plastic or glass all over. Rest of furniture wasn't clean or wiped down. We didn't even sit out there once. Entry walls had something really gross stuck to them. (I'll spare the details) Food was stuck to inside of oven door. We also killed 3 roaches in the back bedroom/bed. Hire an exterminator and new cleaning crew asap. In addition, the condo just did not feel safe. There were actual keys for entry and a front door that had cracks and holes in it. It looked like it was about to fall apart. Anyone that has stayed there in the past could easily go get a copy of the key made and come and go whenever. The window to the hall from the guest room wasn't secure. Anyone could have easily removed the glass and crawl in. I was so disappointed with this condo. The pictures online looked great and I was really looking forward to staying here. We paid a lot of money and I could hardly relax at all. There were a few positives, like the size of the condo and the bathrooms were nice. But since it was so dirty it didn't matter. I tried reaching out to the VRBO contact and asked him to call us and maybe remedy the situation, but never heard back. The lady at the check-in/out office was super sweet and very helpful.

We have to say that we are very confused by this review. I pulled all of our records, and we did not hear from you at all during your stay (we document all communication for instances just like this). We overshare our contact information in multiple emails but also at check in where our office staff again reiterates how to get in touch with us as we make it super easy to reach us via text, email, etc any time of day. Our office staff even references at check in that if you have any issues at all, including cleaning ones, that you're to text our 877 number. But again, we have zero communication from you. We're sorry if you experienced any issues during your 7 night stay, but we do wish you would have reached out while you were still here so that we could have assisted instead of us just finding out about them in a review almost a month later. Having said that, as evidenced by the countless other reviews, this condo is in a great location, is extremely comfortable and is highly recommended.

Great stay!

Very nice place for a family with older kids (8 & up). The check-in process was late - at first told us that it wasn't ready, then texted us it was, and when we arrived the crew was still cleaning (but they were very nice).

We were in Myrtle Beach to visit some family who lives down there. This condo was in close proximity to their home as well. Location was fantastic. Close to the beach...lots of great restaurants close by...close to shopping. Highly recommend.

Fun in Myrtle Beach

The only reason I hesitate to write this review is that I selfishly want to go back next year. The condo is really nicely set up. Balcony with an ocean view, walk to many places, short drive to good restaurants, washer dryer is handy. 2 short blocks to the beach. The Itrip people are great. Lots of walks on the beach ... all good! Thanks.
