The Space:
We are a cute 1200 SQFT local house on the countryside. This is true local country living.

Bedrooms and Bedding:
There are 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a King bed each. The 3rd bedroom has two full size beds. The living room sofa converts to a comfortable full size bed. We also have a Pack N Play baby crib, stroller, and high chair so that your baby can live like a local. There are plenty of extra sheets, linens, comforters & pillows.

Parking:
We can accommodate up to 5 vehicles of any size in our big driveway.

Televisions & Entertainment:
4 Smart HDTV's that stream network and cable channels with Youtube TV.

WIFI
Free WIFI is provided across the entire home.
WIFI Speed: Upload 5 mbps: download 25 mbps. (via At&t Uverse)

Kitchen & Cooking:

Th house was very clean and we had every th ing we needed. The highchair and stroller were a lifesaver. The king bed NOT attached to the bathroom was broken when we arrived. The slats under the box spring were broke. I had sat down holding my baby and it made a loud noise.

Breathtaking Beauty

This property is a slice of heaven! Gorgeous views. We were so happy to be close to all the attractions of Franklin and Nashville but still enjoy the serenity of the country. The views from the back patio were simply healing. Would highly recommend!

Quiet and secluded place in Franklin

The house was quiet and tucked away on a quiet street, yet was close to the highway and grocery store and all the rest of what Franklin has to offer. The host was easy to work with and the check-in, check-out process was easy. They were very attentive to anything I needed.

Country Living in a Suburban location

The property location is great and it was nice to enjoy the outdoors dueing the day and fireflies at night.The vegetation looks nothing like the posted photos as it looks like it has not been maintained. There were areas that were not as accessible because of the overgrowth.The interior furniture and set up were comfortable, but the Roku tvs were outdated or slower than expected.Glad we stayed, just needs some TLC.

Beautiful and peaceful location

I rented this property for myself and friends flying in to town from Seattle for the weekend. The house was beautiful, clean and accommodated all out needs. It was peaceful and a great play for us to be able to come together and enjoy each other’s company. The reservation and check-in/checkout was simple and easy. I would definitely rent this property again in the future.

Nice 'country' house

This is our second year staying here during Christmas break. It's a nice quiet area, feels country but very close to restaurants and the rest of the beautiful town of Franklin. It's close to the highway and only about 30 mins from Nashville. The house comes equipped with items you need to have a great care free stay. Beds were comfortable and I slept great! Thanks for the enjoyable stay.

Great, Comfortable Place

Our family of four really enjoyed staying at this house in the country. It’s just around a mile off the road from Interstate 65 going into Nashville, so the convenient location was a big plus when staying at this property. The property manager communicated very clearly with us through every step of the process, and even welcomed our feedback on additional way to make the property even better. We will definitely book this property again.

Precious home, perfect location

We had a wonderful stay in this Franklin get-away. It’s a sweet home tucked away just off the highway (I-65) on a quiet, calm street. The listing description was exactly as described, and no surprises there. The home had all the amenities we needed, and more, perfect for our needs. Wish we could’ve had more time at the home, but I was a first-time visitor to this area, and we spent most of the days exploring this beautiful area of TN. Speaking of, such a great location for just that! Easy access to all of the beautiful drives, historic sites, and far enough and close enough to Nashville. This precious house will be on our list to return to, when we have a chance to come back to this area. Thank you for being a sweet home-away-from-home for our much needed vacation.

Little get away with the family.

Everything about this property was great! The location was perfect proximity to our friends home. We came out for a High School Graduation. It was centrally located to where we needed to be. It is a quiet location. The weather was perfect while we were here. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio watching the birds and wild life. It had plenty of room for our family of four. My kids slept comfortably. If I could suggest having more spices available or food storage ie: plastic bags /ziplocks/ Plastic containers for left overs and such it would have made it better. I had to buy some basics spices to cook but we managed. I could have used some cleaning supplies too. But we managed ok. It just would have helped. All in all, it suited our basic needs. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was great. Close enough for a short drive to town, but secluded from noise and traffic. Our kids enjoyed playing in the expansive yard.

Franklin excursion

This quaint home was perfect for our stay! The kitchen was well supplied as we cooked two wonderful meals and had all we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and well supplied. It was the perfect hub for day trips to Leipers Fork and Thompson Station. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute Country Home

We enjoyed staying out in the country at this home for a wedding weekend in Franklin. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of things and out of town. Host was great at communicating everything and we would definitely stay again.

A Little Country

Lovely little older bungalow set in the countryside with only an occasional neighbor driving by! Great street for a country walk! Very large yard for dogs or kids. Rocking chairs on front porch perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea! Appliance stocked kitchen. Close to highway. The downtown of Franklin is something out of a Thomas Kinkade painting! Some movies have actually been filmed there! The only suggestion we have is to consider putting lamps with adapters for phones on each side of bed in main bedroom. We will definitely stay here again.

Great house

The house itself was great! It was clean, well-supplied, & in a great location. The house has been well-maintained. Interstate access was easy & without traffic. The supplemental heat in the bathrooms was a nice surprise! The creek that runs behind the house is more like a large ditch that’s not far off the back patio. The pictures show this as a small bridge that crosses the ditch. The size of the ditch could be a problem for curious young children. The owners cannot change this & there is plenty of play area in the front yard, with minimal road traffic. Most of the road traffic is actually Dave Ramsey Headquarters employees exercising throughout the day. It’s a great place to exercise & portions are lit at night. There’s a 3.25 miles loop without going on the main road.

Always Comfortable & Convenient

This is our go to place to stay in the Nashville area. We really love this cottage. It has a convenient location to the interstate, beds are comfortable, and even though it’s close to the city, you really feel like you are staying in the country. Our grade school children love it l, too! We have stayed here several times and will stay again. One thing to caution you before booking. This property manager is VERY strict about their cancelation policy. You will not have exceptions to it for any reason unless you have travel insurance. Last Christmas (2022) our whole family had the flu for two weeks or more. When we explained the situation to the property manager, they wouldn’t even let us reschedule our stay to the following week, even though they weren’t booked. Again, this was during the holidays. We weren’t asking for a refund and have been a return guest multiple times. Their strictness seemed very excessive, and we were not offered a refund in any amount. As a business owner myself, I understand that policies have to be followed. I’m not angry about the situation. I signed the contract and cancellation policy, but sometimes exceptions should be made for certain situations, especially for return customers. Keep in mind we have stayed at the property since the awkward story above, and we are booked again for this Christmas (2023). We highly recommend staying at this location. Just be very thoughtful when considering whether or not you need travel insurance.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had 6 adults and two children ages 9 and 2. The place was perfect. We all slept comfortably and enjoyed the entire property. We ate most of our meals during a week long stay at the house. The kitchen worked perfectly as did the dining room table. We only wished for additional seating in the living area. I would love to stay here again.

Quiet

The house was in a safe and quiet location. It worked well for my husband, my two girls, and myself. It was close enough to stores and restaurants. I do think a few updates could really make this home lovely, example changing out the broken blinds and maybe a loveseat where more people can sit in the living area. Franklin is a great town to stay in. Thank you for letting us stay.

Decent place to sleep

Needed a place to stay after we got in town before our house closed. Positives Beautiful quiet location. Just down the street from new Ramsey building. Their employees walked up and down the road during breaks. The drive was beautiful and there were fireflies at night. It was close to everything and that was nice. It was very clean. Plenty of pillows and blankets. The closets were full of extras of these so that was nice. Games outside for kids and places to run. Laundry area which is a game changer on long trips. Fans in closets for hot nights. Negatives Manager is in California. So even though they were very nice every time we communicated, their available hours were difficult. They would normally get back to me around 10 or 11 am the next day. Beds weren’t comfy. Super hard memory foam. It can sleep 8 but it can’t really host 8. There is only one couch to sit on and a broken chair. There were only 2 glasses in the cabinet and a lot of things were missing. Towels were very sparse and mismatched. It didn’t feel like it was tended to or updated after the initial update to make it a rental. There is no cable so you have to sign into your own entertainment to watch anything and the remote didn’t work most of the time. We booked it primarily because it was on an acre and we thought we could park the uhaul in the driveway until we could move in. When we got there the angle of the driveway and huge potholes made it impossible to park the truck there. So that was a bummer. All in all it was a decent place to sleep, but I didn’t enjoy staying there.

Great quiet place (with a country feel) for a family of 5!

Loved this property. Perfect for my wife, 3 kids and I. Has a country feel with a great yard for the kids to safely run play and be loud without bothering anyone. The house was also very nice with comfortable bedrooms and cozy decor. Even with the country feel and the peace and quiet, you are still conveniently close to I-65 and can get anywhere you need to quite quickly. Would definetely stay here again. Thanks! :)
