This is a cosy, rustic 2 bedroom studio, with picturesque country views.
Large windows and french doors onto your own private deck. You will find a king-sized bed on the ground floor and a queen-sized bed in the attic bedroom with an ensuite. Plenty of parking available. Golf courses close by, bush walks, river walks, cycling, and an 8-minute drive to the city.

Great stay

It was a lovely place to stay, nicely renovated, beautiful gardens and a nice little outdoor area. They even has a little wooden xmas tree with lights which made it feel quite homely.

Ranch/Farm Property

Amazingly well decorated property located between multiple attractions we had on our list. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. Very clean and well cared for. This was our 5th VRBO stay in NZ and one of the best.

We loved our stay here

This property is in great condition. we loved being in a rural setting and interacting with the sheep in the paddock next to the house. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us and the place was clean and tidy and well equipped. Communication with the owners was excellent and we will happily stay there again.

Country stay

Your property was just perfect for us as we like to stay out of the towns but close enough not to drive to far so this suited perfectly. We had two couples in our party. We would certainly recommend this property to our friends

Rural but handy to the city

Very comfortable and well resourced. Nice to have a clean functional BBQ available. Nice to be out in the country but still handy to the city. I would definitely recommend this place and will be happy to stay again.

Beautiful converted barn in rural setting

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at this barn that has been converted into a holiday accommodation. Good amenities in a rural setting and it was very close to the wedding we were attending over the weekend. Thanks for the easy communication and check-in process.

Great little setup to sit and enjoy. Styled with a country theme this conversion has been done with style and flair. very enjoyable stay, clean and tidy and easy access. Close to both Hamilton and Cambridge, Mystery creek is just down the road. ideal for a small group Recommended getaway

Relaxing at the Barn

Comfortable, relaxing, beautiful scenic environment. All we needed was provided. It was spacious and had a lovely vibe. I would certainly recommend it and would stay there again. A great space in any weather. Loved the cows.

Lovely little spot to stay

This was a very nice spot to stay in a central location. It was well equipped and had a nice outdoor space. The owner June is very nice and helpful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for location is that there is a very busy road adjacent to the property, you don't see it but you do hear it all day and well into the night. It's not a reason not to stay here, just an FYI.
