We very much enjoyed the condo. Parking was close to the unit and easy access. The kitchen was very well furnished with everything we needed. Liked that each area had its own thermostat. We found the mattress exceptionally comfortable and slept very well.

This was my second trip to Mammoth this summer

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this same condo for a week in June and really enjoyed it. Love the location and ease of getting in and out of the property. Good, clean and quiet area, very well maintained. Since we already stayed here, it was sort of like coming back to our home away from home. We'll keep coming back. Great price with enough room to be comfortable. We were texted that the condo was ready to occupy prior to our arrival, super good!

End of Summer in Mammoth

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo several times, it is perfect for the 2 of us. And on a few trip our 2 grandchildren have spent the night with us. The only thing I would like to see is instructions for the TVs with channel guides. And does the TV in the bedroom work, the last 2 times we have notBeen able to use it. Aside from that, it is a perfect place for us and I'm sure we will use it again in 2027. Thank you for maintaining such a lovely place.

The Condo was in excellent condition, the weather was great, couldn't ask for a better time.only one suggestion, have instruction on how to use the remotes for the TV and maybe a channel guide. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here! This condo is in a great location convenient to town and the mountain, and the perfect size for a small family. Our 6 year old daughter loved the bunk beds (although if you have a light sleeper note it is directly outside the only bathroom). The decor is clean and comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked with supplies. We really enjoyed cooking and eating in vs. going out during the busy holiday weekend. My only suggestion is the bed could use some new pillows!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation stay was wonderful. The condo was so clean and decorated so cute. It was very well stocked and had instructions on everything we needed to know. Check in and out was easy. The complex was close to alot of the stores. The only small issue we had was the bed was uncomfortable and needed a mattress topper. There are no home goods stores nearby or I would've gone and bought one to leave there. But mu husband wants to go back and tay there again. The wifi code was different then what were using but we called the management office and they took care of it. And didnt make us feel dumb.

Massive leak in roof

There was a leak in the roof in the middle of the kitchen that prior to arrival they just put a trash can underneath to catch the water. Never informed us. Just thought it was okay to have guests anyways. Property manager never responded to inquiry either.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that you encountered a leak during the stay. It came from snow melt so we did notify the property management so they could continue to shovel the roof and remove the snow as best as possible. Everyone is trying as best as possible to deal with the ramifications of an extreme, excessive amount of snow this Winter. I am sorry that you were not notified. We did not receive any VRBO message or inquiry from you so not sure what happened there, but our direct contact info is provided for any on site support. We hope you will have a more enjoyable stay next time. Thanks, Mammoth Reservations Team

lovely accommodation in need of repairs

The property was well equipped and beautifully furnished. Unfortunately on our first evening we all got wet feet due to water seeping through the flooring. Then we also noticed a rather large bulge in the ceiling which started to drip constantly into a bucket below during the whole of our stay. There was also a fire in the lounge which would have been wonderful if it ever worked, despite following the instructions carefully and frequently. I do not wish to sound totally negative as the condo was well equipped, but we did live in fear of the ceiling collapsing at any time.

Thank you so much for your comments and review. We will certainly address your concerns and follow up with maintenance, as you saw we were swept away by storms and a lot of leaks start happening all around town due the snow melts on the roofs. We did assist you and we issued you a compensation. We're so glad to still hear you enjoyed your stay at our property.
