The owners have put their all into creating a cocoon of beauty as a setting for relaxation and calm.

Leamington Pavilion blends indoor and outdoor living seamlessly. A tranquil 13.5m x 10m outdoor pool and al fresco dining space, with well thought out outdoor lighting, creating an intimate dining experience after dark, lends itself perfectly for outdoor living.

Three spacious ensuite bedrooms are superbly decorated, offering ample space for relaxation and a total recharge of the senses. The master suite boasts a stunning canopied bed, and a trellised sitting area overlooking the pool and gardens provides a serene sanctuary.

Leamington was amazing ! The villa is beautiful, very clean which is important to me. The butler Jason was so attentive, we wanted for nothing. The housekeepers Phil and Shakira were lovely also, kept everywhere spotless, and also did our laundry very well. They had a temporary chef Willis, his food was lovely. Our stay there was the most enjoyable and relaxing stay we've ever had in Barbados.

Everything about Leamington Pavilion exceeded our expectation. All the staff made sure we wanted for nothing. The gardens are a small paradise. The pool was a perfect place to read and relax. Couldn't Ask for Anything More

What an incredible property and staff! I must admit that I'm a bit picky when it comes to travel accommodations and even high-end hotels and private house rentals often leave me a bit disappointed. Despite trying to temper my expectations, I had very high hopes for this property, and it did not disappoint. All of us may have shed a tear when we had to leave, and all agreed it was our best vacation yet. From the moment the property was booked, Blue Luxury was attentive and informative, and even before leaving to travel there was this underlying reassurance that we would be well taken care of. I can honestly say that there is nothing that could have been done better than what it was. From the moment we arrived on property we were greeted with friendly, welcoming staff and fresh island drinks. We were quickly settled into the home and given a tour of the stunning property. The Chef had dinner being prepared and we were able to immediately kick into vacation mode that as parents we don't often get when vacationing with our kids. We were able to freshen up and a lovely dinner was served. The Chef met with us that evening to discuss our meal expectations for the week and made sure to understand our daughter's food allergies. I always feel on edge when traveling with our daughter, but especially outside of the US, due to her anaphylactic food allergies. But the Chef discussed her allergies and provided reassurance that all food presented would be allergen free for her. I honestly didn't worry about it the rest of the week and it was nice. We requested meals prepared with a local flare and every meal she prepared was exceptional and enjoyed by all! The housekeepers/ laundresses were very discreet and unobtrusive yet seemed to be everywhere. While we rarely saw them, our beds were always made, rooms always tidy, laundry always done. We never lifted a finger! My son even had a used towel go missing by the pool one day while he was swimming. I'd been sitting by the pool with him and neither of us ever saw them replace his towel with a fresh clean one, but they did! And Greg, the Butler. What more can you say but FABULOUS!!! He was the right mix of unobtrusive, but attentive and it was a total delight to talk with him and get to know him. He performs his job impeccably, anticipating our needs before they were ever expressed, and we felt so cared for all week. I can't express adequately how wonderful everyone was. We left feeling like they were family. And then let's talk about the property itself…AMAZING!!! The house was stunning and comfortable. And the property is immensely well maintained with stunning gardens. We enjoyed the beach access right out the back of the property. Despite the beaches being public we had total privacy and the beach to ourselves each time we were out there. My teen daughter enjoyed the private gym immensely each day and my son loved the tennis courts. We also enjoyed the animals that would visit on the property from time to time, including land crabs, a mongoose and the monkeys. The entire time we were there we just felt at total ease. It was the first vacation, since having kids, where my husband and I left feeling like we truly had a vacation and didn't need another one after to recover. Again, a HUGE THANK YOU, THANK YOU to everyone who made this trip spectacular for us. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend Blue Luxury and Leamington Pavilion for anyone traveling to Barbados.
