This condo was comfortable, provided access to some great resort-like amenities, and was within easy walking distance of some great restaurants and activities. It was a plus having access to the owner’s locker and beach chairs!

Great place, great location

Property is exactly what you want in a OC stay! Proximity to restaurants was great if you want a more laid back low key environment. Property has everything you need.

Check in was ok. It took about 20 mins. The property was nice but not really cleaned well. They were just getting started when we got there so we went to our friends condo until they were done. I think they rushed the cleaning. The kitchen needs a little more utensils. The bed in the 2nd room has a too soft mattress. It might be worn out. It's very inconvenient to have to travel the whole way down to turn in the keys. We liked the property but will have to think about next year.

Les points forts : Arrivée
Les points faibles : Communication
The condo is located at 131st and you have to drive down to 62nd st to check in and check out. The building registration fee that is referred to is nothing more than paying 75 to park, it’s a general parking spot which means first come first serve and if there full sucks to be you park where you can. The condo it self was clean. The central air doesn’t go any lower then 68 degrees- 66 over night which you must keep running for 68 during the day.Everything you used you had to clean it first the sweeper, the lint trap for the dryer, the toaster, the kurig, etc. While we were there the 2 bath turned into one bath my wife and daughter used the shower after returning from the beach, the neighbors down below came up and told us not to use it that it leaks into there condo they would notify the owner. The plumbing crew came out the next day which the rental agency informed us of couldn’t find anything wrong except the molding around the shower needed recaulked. We were refunded 150 for the inconvenience and the crew was supposed to return to fix it later in the week which they did not. One bath for the remainder of our stay. There is no working ventilation in the bathrooms. Neither bathroom door locks and stays locked. we really didn’t try the bedroom doors. We had no contact with the actual owner. The good- the condo was very homie and very nice you could just tell that clearly it’s a rental the up keep is standard. The balcony is the best part the furniture and view gorgeous.

Old and dirty

The bathrooms were disgusting and I felt awful giving my toddler a bath in the tub. There is dust and dirt caked onto the vents and the overall cleanliness was just bad. The check in process was awful. Central reservations rounds you up like cattle in the parking garage to check into your unit. The basically yelled at me when I walked into the office. Everyone that worked there just seemed miserable. I will never be going back to this place or using that company.

Hi Carly, All of our guest rave how fast and organized our check in process is and most guest love to check in outside so they can start their vacation even sooner. Every other review on this property from other guest was 5 stars. If you needed help with anything we were a phone call away.

Wonderful location and property

I stayed here with my husband and two small kids (ages 1 and 3). The condo was very nice, and we were able to easily make ourselves at home. There is easy access to the beach, and there were nice beach chairs in the locker for this unit. We loved our afternoons at the pool. The people are very friendly and you can tell Braemar is a close-knit community. The property was clean and festive (flags were put out for Labor Day). We walked to Northside Park every day for our kids to use the playground. Highly recommend going to this park. We loved everything about our stay. The master bedroom and second bedroom are separated by the living room which is nice. The master is big and roomy. The fixtures in the bathrooms could use some upgrading but it didn't affect our stay. Overall everything was great.

Great Property

Excellent property, well maintained, very clean, bathrooms are a bit dated, but unlike other places I have stayed at in OC, this was and outstanding stay. It was also well managed, great renters and property owners on-site. Hoping to stay again next year.
