Great place for a short or long term getaway. We call it our home away from home. You will find everything you need here for a great stay, but if there’s something special on your mind there are numerous grocery stores and restaurants within a mile. The ocean and Hollywood Broadwalk are only a few minutes away. The sunrise and sunsets are awesome looking over the ocean. House very clean with bathrooms in each bedroom and a TV in every room. Washer and dryer a big plus, as well as breezeway for outdoor entertainment. Safe and quiet neighborhood, airport 10 minutes away. Hosts are prompt and friendly addressing any concerns or questions. Five Stars in every way!!

Great rental

Wonderful rental house! Had everything as listed with tons of kitchen extras (spices, teas, coffee). Loved the laundry with all the detergent and dryer sheets. Place was extremely clean and the owners were very quick to respond when I had questions. Would definitely rent again!

Convenience to the beach.

The property was decent for the cost. Bed in the bedroom off the kitchen is not very comfortable. Short distance to the beach and a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and the owners was very quick to respond to text.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute little house. It was clean and close to everything. The only complaint I would have is that the owners did not want us to adjust the thermostat on our own, for the most part the temperature was just fine but in the middle of the night it got to be a little too cold but we didn't want to text them in the middle of the night to ask them to adjust for us. Other than that everything else was great

Regarding the thermostat settings, it is listed on my check-in instructions texted to each guest and on the information guide posted on the fridge door to contact me if you would like the temperature adjusted. Due to each guest having their preference, I keep it at a neutral 72 degrees. You stayed with us for 6 nights. I checked in with you to see how your stay was going, and you never mentioned anything about the temperature. Communication between the guest and host is imperative, and I pride myself on making sure my guests are comfortable during their stay. I would have been happy to accommodate your needs. Again, thank you for staying with us."

Exactly the amount of space we needed for our short stay. Beach is not within walking distance as I assumed from the description. You need a car for sure. You need to travel on a very busy highway to find the beach. That’s the only disappointment from our stay.

overall property is great

Overall the property was just as described. Easy to access and clean. We were allowed to check in early which was great for us as we arrived in the morning. Only issue we had was we could not control the AC unit ourselves and in the middle of the night it got quite hot as I could not adjust the temp. Contacted the person but it was the middle of the night so no answer.

Good fit for our needs

Three night stay for 3 ladies, over 50. In town to attend a baby shower .5 miles from the house. It allowed us to have accommodations close by, drop off food and decorations to the event location, and return back to the house only 5 minutes away to get dressed. Property host was easy to reach, and responded quickly to any questions. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

A wonderful rental house!

Fatima and Yvon's rental house was great! We love that each BR had their own bathroom. The house was very clean and well furnished and very comfy without being cluttered. Both beds were very comfortable! The kitchen had everything one would need for cooking- oil, sugar, tons of spices. Tea, coffee and filters were also well stocked. The laundry, located in the outside shed, was very clean and equipped with detergent and dryer sheets. We would definitely stay at this rental again, if we return to the area.

Nice Home, Great Location to Attractions, Noisy

We stayed 3 nights Nov 5 - 8, 2022. We had an early arrival into Ft Lauderdale and very much appreciated the host allowing us to get into the house before usual check-in. Can't thank her enough for this. House is very clean, nicely decorated and loaded with extras. A lot of extras are in kitchen cabinets and bedroom closets probably left by previous guests. The house is close to a grocery store and our daily walk down to Hollywood boardwalk. Also stopped at the public parks between the house and the boardwalk. Only problem we had was with the washing machine during the spin cycle the drum would go crazy and clothes would still be soaking wet. It was just a small load and luckily the dyer was excellent and got the job done. The house is only a few yards from a very busy street so there is a lot of road noise. Also every evening the neighbors played load music. This might not bother must guest but it did us.

I do appreciate when guests advise me of issues, but unfortunately not much can be done if you are mentioning it AFTER you have checked out. I am very responsive and would had addressed any of your concerns right away. I even texted you a few times to ensure all was going well during your stay and you said "all is well". The issue with the dryer was brought to my attention the morning you checked out. My husband went over to the house and ran a test cycle with a small load of towels to confirm your issue and nothing was discovered. The spin cycle worked just fine. Not sure why you had an issue. In regards to the noise level , as you mentioned you were very close to grocery stores which is located on a main road with high traffic. Across the street from the house is a 55 and older community which is very quiet. If the neighbors were a problem I would have addressed it immediately. I live close by and also have the neighbors number. A quick call is all it would have taken to resolve the noise issue. I do appreciate your business and am happy I was able to accommodate your early check in request. Honest reviews are always appreciated but what is even more appreciated is when guests allow the host to address concerns DURING their stay and not publicly in a review after the fact. Amazing place to stay near the city of Miami!

The apartments were clean and well prepared for our move-in. There are a lot of stuff in apartments that you can use - board games, towels, sunscreens, bags, etc. The neighborhood is quit and lovely. The nearest beach is 10 min drive, which is quite decent. The host is extremely friendly and always ready to help. We enjoyed our stay, and can definitely recommend this apartments if you are looking for a price-quality balance, because it really worth its money!

Great Host, Clean and Well Maintained Property

We truly enjoyed our stay in Fort Lauderdale because of this property. It is very close to the airport and many other groceries and well reviewed restaurants. On our first morning while making coffee we noticed that the coffee pot was broken. We immediately informed the host, Fatima and her husband did not waste time and in less that 4 hours, they provided us a brand new coffee maker which we were very shuck and impressed. She always made sure we were happy and comfortable with all the perks available. I would highly recommend her property to whomever would like to visit Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Key West too. Her property is well maintained and very clean. She even sent us reminders on how to check out. Surely when given another chance to got back to Fort Lauderdale, we will go back to her property it will feel like home by then. Thank you for being a splendid host.

Close to everything the beach, stores, nice and clean place. Host was nice. I'd definitely stay here again.

Jasmine and her family were great guests. They communicated well and left the house in good order. I would recommend and host them again.

Amazing and Beautiful

The property itself was very beautiful and spacious. The location was about 10 minutes from the beach which for us was perfect. There were also plenty of places to shop nearby. The owner communicated very well with us and even made sure we had been able to get into the house or if we had any problems. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely book it again if we go back to Florida.
