With room for four, itâs the perfect getaway for your small family or a handful of your closest friends.
From sunrise to sunset, Periwinkle will provide you with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Wake up peacefully on a quiet street and make yourself a Nespresso coffee to enjoy outside in the sun. When the urge strikes to have your first swim of the day, you can grab a towel and in two minutes flat, sink your toes into the stunning sands of Culburra Beach. After swimming in the sparkling waves and rinsing off in the outdoor shower (or the enormous indoor rain shower) back at the house, all thatâs left is to decide how you want to spend the rest of your day in one of the most beautiful places in the country.
Stay inside comfortably in any kind of weather with the air conditioning and enjoy some Netflix or settle down on a chair outside in the sun with a book and a cuppa. When the weather is good (and it usually is), prepare food together in the fully equipped kitchen, then cook up a storm on the BBQ outside and enjoy a nice cold brew.
The back garden is fenced so your four-legged friend can run free, and once youâre fed and rested, itâs time to see the sights! The shining sands and sparkling waves of Warrain Beach and Culburra Beach are close by and Penguin Head with its breathtaking view of the headland is just a short distance away. Thereâs so much to see and do and however you spend your time in this beautiful vista, Periwinkle will ensure youâll make happy memories to last a lifetime.

- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities â a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living area and dining area
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
