Mammoth West 106 Spacious Condo Just A Short Walk to Canyon Lodge by RedAwning

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, condo is perfectly located, just walking distance

to Canyon Lodge and about a mile from the Village. The unit features 2 levels

with vaulted ceilings, cozy wood-burning fireplace, large 60" UHD flatscreen

TV with Blu-Ray DVD player, dining area with seating for 6 and a private

washer/dryer.



The master bedroom has a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom

also has a Queen bed with TV and shared bathroom in the hallway. The couch in

the living room also has a sleeper sofa for additional guests. All guests

receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy

facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility,

yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.



This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking

spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is

required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative

options. There are 5 stairs to this unit, 2 levels inside and no pets or

smoking is permitted. Our calendar is updated in real time. (Property

Location is quite ideal. The beds and pillows were of poor quality. The vent not working in the master bedroom was not ideal. Otherwise Kitchen amenities were nice and appreciate the wood provided for the fireplace.

Overall Very Good

Condo was very comfortable. Kitchen had utensils, toaster, toaster oven and blender. Master BR mattress was soft, needs replacing. Washer/dryer were really helpful. Downside was that back patio window is directly to pool, so you can hear pool noise. The location is very close to Canyon Lodge, but not to the Village. There is a bus stop which is very convenient.

Perfect cabin near canyon lodge

Very clean, nice furnishings and favorable layout made for a great stay for me and my kids. We liked the downstairs bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The only upgrade I'd suggest are the shower heads, not the greatest but I did appreciate the height as opposed to many in this area that are short. Very quiet area, super close to Canyon lodge. Nice kitchen too and the wood burning stove was lovely.

Check in and check out process - fast and easy. The condo was very clean, very spacious and roomy. Amenities in the condo were more than expected. Perfect location next to the pool. Had a great time and would stay here again!!

Great Condo near Canyon Lodge

Had a great time and enjoyed the condo... very comfortable Plus people left all sorts of goodies to eat and Drink.Only issue was parking . Can't park next to entrance . Had to park on canyon blvd and this caused some issues and stressMaybe it would have been easier if the situation had been made very clearBefore I arrived. But resolved it and still has a great time !

Loved this condo!

We loved this condo. It was very spacious and well equipped. It was very clean and comfortable. We cook all of our meals in and found everything we needed (except a ladle). The location is great for skiers. We come to Mammoth regularly and this has been our favorite rental so far. We loved the fireplace and the provided firewood. The fireplace really heats up the living area and kitchen nicely. The only drawback for the condo is the parking situation. You do have to walk up a hill after parking your car on Canyon Blvd. The parking is set aside for the complex, so there is no problem finding a spot to park. However, you can park in front of the condo to unload and load. The hill up to the condo is quite steep, so chains are important if there is any snow on the ground. We attempted to drive up the hill without chains and couldn't make it. From the condo window we watched many others do the same. The property management company is great to work with. They were super responsive and answered all questions/problems in a timely manner.

Clean, Cozy & Convenient

I could not have been happier with this condo, very clean and EXTREMELY close to Canyon Lodge (never have to worry about parking). This place has everything you need and more, I will absolutely be staying here again! And using the fireplace is a must, you won’t want to leave.

Mini Vacation

Mammoth is great mini vacation. The Unit was very nice, but parking was horrible. We are older and it was very difficult because you may not park in front of unit.
