Villa Sunshine & Unwind

Catch some sunrays (and maybe a fish or two) & unwind with this spectacular pet friendly paradise featuring Custom Heated Pool and intersecting canal views with gulf access! Villa Sunshine & Unwind will leave you savoring all that Southwest Florida has to offer. This 4 bedroom – 3 bathroom villa boasts just under 2,250 sq ft of tasteful furnishings and sliding glass doors with sleeping capabilities for 8! This great home also offers , 2 bikes, games, dock for boat rental, and a child safety fence for the pool!

Upon entry into the home you and your guests will fall in love with the open concept floor plan and modern coastal décor. In the living room you will find plenty of seating to sit and relax while watching your favorite movie or TV show on the Smart TV. This living room also includes a work table with charging station and board games for guests to choose from. In this luxury kitchen you will find all you need to prepare your favorite meals including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, water kettle, coffee maker, and other kitchen essentials.
In the Master bedroom you will find a comfortable King size bed, desk, and luxurious ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a large shower, double sinks, and a large soaking tub. In the other rooms, guests will find a variety of beds ranging from King to bunk beds. These rooms share two guest bathrooms that both feature large showers.

Once outside, guests will find the true highlight of Villa Sunshine & Unwind; the screened in lanai! This lanai features a heated pool and spa. This large and custom-built pool is perfect for cooling off in the Florida sun while the spa is the perfect place to relax in the evenings. This lanai also features plenty of outdoor furniture where you and your guests can soak up the sun, enjoy a meal, or watch TV on the outdoor Flat screen. Down by the canal guests can enjoy some beautiful sunsets, spend the afternoon fishing, or use the provided kayak to explore the canals!
With just a short distance out to open water and proximity to great local attractions- Villa Sunshine & Unwind will have you wishing you'd planned a longer vacation!

Very nice and clean place. Great neighborhood and the rental staff was very helpful with all of our needs. I would highly recommend this property!

A nice getaway

The property was very nice and accurate on description, shopping, restaurants and activities are all very close, pool was great. The property seemed to be very clean, unfortunately the house needs a fumigation asap. We killed at least six medium to large size roaches during our stay inside the house along with a bit of small ants, otherwise it would have been a perfect place.....!!!!!

Winter Getaway

The property was wonderful. There was enough room for everyone. We enjoyed the kayaks and the bikes. We had a little trouble with the pool/spa remote. The property manager said it didn't work and one was on order. She showed us an app to download to turn spa on and off as well as the pool light. All in all it was a terrific two weeks.

Not coming back

There were more than a few disappointments about this property. The biggest one was that the AC went out and wasn’t repaired for over 24 hours. August in Florida is HOT. Being without for so long was challenging. It was over 80 degrees in the house and so humid while we were sleeping We had our dog with us so we had to change our plans the next day because we couldn’t leave him alone in the house since they couldn’t tell us when it would be fixed. Iris said she’d compensate us 1/2 off the night which we agreed was fair but she never did. Hot tub was cold and the basketball hoop was broken. Garbage was left in the unit from previous tenant which makes me wonder how well it had actually been cleaned before we stayed there. It all left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not use this company again.

Lara, We are sorry to hear about your disappointments. It is unfortunate when AC’s malfunction. We understand that Florida can be hot, which is why we work as fast as possible to get those situations repaired. When the AC malfunctions we have to work with a 3rd party vendor. In our rental contract, it states that we have 24 hours to get the AC fixed, which we did. As for garbage cans filled, we ask our guests to take the trash out on the scheduled garbage day. The trash left in the can from the previous guest could not be removed until the next scheduled trash day. We assure you that our homes are thoroughly cleaned prior to each guests arrival. So Relaxing!

This was a beautiful property. Nicely upgraded. Need to provide your own paper products (other than 1 roll of TP per bathroom) and dishwasher soap, but all other needed necessities were available. Would definitely return!

Wonderful house and time. Loved that the kayaks were there and bicycles.

Great home. Very close to stores and restaurants. Enjoyed fishing off the canal and kayaking.
