Coral Cove has no deed restrictions so feel free to park your RV or boat in the additional brick paver driveway. A 50-amp service already exists, and the driveway can accommodate up to 45 feet without issue.
First day found cockroach, freezer alarm went off every day. Repairmen unable to fix and left black gunk all over. Wi-Fi went out because lack of owner pmt.
Amazing property that we have enjoyed for your 5 week stay in Sarasota. Mature palm treest and vegetation make this a very unique property, large pool with a black-framed lanai add to the flavour. The proximity to everything is also very essential. Property is professionally managed with fast response times.
The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and right off #41.
There are many amenities that we enjoyed including the pool,
beautiful kitchen and glorious palm trees.

Itrip is a very good property manager- promptly responsive & good communication. We rented house for 6 weeks. There is so much to love about this house: beautiful and spacious kitchen; office, Wi-Fi, and so many rooms with doors worked great for 2 remote workers & 2 retirees. We used the Yoga room almost every day. Neighborhood is convenient, quiet, friendly. When heated (extra cost) the pool is a joy.
But, Wi-Fi worked great during workings hours but not when the smart tv was on. Appliances are fancy but old. Repairs were needed almost weekly. Owners would not actually fix dishwasher and would not comp us for the plywood needed to make the king mattress partially usable (still woke up with backaches; plus the king bed was broken when we arrived, quickly repaired by Itrip). Bought our own 3 pans to use in place of the non-stick pots and pans. Equipment in kitchen is otherwise pretty good (glass baking pans, decent blender, plentiful and nice drink-ware; but no large coffee maker).
