Cette luxueuse maison récemment rénovée (à compter de 2019) compte 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Elle est située à proximité du village Siesta Key et à quelques minutes de la plage Siesta Key, élue la plage n ° 1 aux États-Unis! Cette maison est parfaite pour les familles et les petits groupes.

Updated ranch with great backyard pool

The house was updated and spacious. Even though the house is on a busier street it felt private and quiet inside. The backyard is an oasis and we enjoy the heated pool very much and used it almost every day. The house was well equipped and a home away from home. The location was handy to good restaurants and destinations in Sarasota.

Wonderful stay

Home was exactly depicted like advertised. It was conveniently located to many beaches. We did not have any problems during our stay & were contacted several times by management checking to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be returning.

very clean, nicely decorated home, with an awesome pool and backyard area, including great outdoor covered living space adjacent to pool with a table big enough to seat 10, perfect for family/friend dinners and game nights. Pool area is just great, includes great outdoor bathroom and shower.

Beautiful home, perfect location

The home is beautiful, clean, well stocked, and just like the pictures. Location was perfect. We visited 4 different beaches, all within close proximity. The patio and pool area are amazing in the evenings after spending the day at the beach. Beds are comfy. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach caddy are provided.

Clean and orderly. I would recommend! However, I highly suggest they trim back the plants that line the road; quite dangerous to pull out of the driveway as it’s difficult to see oncoming traffic.

Absolutely perfect for our family!

Everything was absolutely PERFECT for our small family of 4. The house is pristine and had every amenity you could want. The highlight was certainly the pool... hours of entertainment!! Beautiful and private outside area was wonderful. We used the grill multiple times. Short drive to Siesta Key, and we walked on the beach most nights. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Family vacation

The property was beautiful. The interior is new. The kitchen is well designed and flows with two sitting areas. It is well stocked for equipment. The outdoor area is great. The lanai is huge and pool area is beautifully designed and landscaped. Can’t say enough about the home and service provided by Cottages on the Key.

Our Florida Trip

Great location. Close to everything. The pool was a nice feature. The welcoming cupcakes were delicious! And The beds were very comfortable. The only complaints we have were that the place was not as clean as it should have been, the guest room shower was clogged, the washing machine has mold and guck in the rubber, there were not enough towels or washcloths and it would have been nice to have a full length mirror somewhere in the house.

Tropical Florida Family Vacation

Our family of 5 just returned from a wonderful stay in this property. It was the quintessential Florida home with mid-century modern style, surrounded by lush, well-maintained vegetation. The beautiful backyard with inviting pool and foliage was a true tropical oasis! Location was prime - situated in a beautiful neighborhood and just a short distance from many area attractions, restaurants, and beaches. We only wish we could've spent more time chilling out in the house or by the pool! We felt very much at home here, and will make plans to return!

Perfect Little Paradise!

This is by far the nicest property I've ever rented. Everything is exactly how it is pictured. The owner is very friendly and responds quickly. We arrived and there were cupcakes on the counter, such a nice added touch. This home as more towels than any other place I've ever stayed. The private pool was so nice to have. There was plenty of room for everyone. One of the best vacations yet!

Winter Getaway

We’ve been going to SW Florida for over a decade near the Holiday Season. Our children our young adults now, but still love the family time together in sunny Florida with Mom, Dad, and their significant others. We were extremely happy with this home!! It was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. The pool area was fabulous and spacious. The home is super close to Siesta Key and other attractions as well as the airport. I would highly recommend renting this place to any family or group of friends looking to vacation in the the Sarasota/Siesta Key area!!

Great Family Vacation Home

Home was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Positives: location to beaches was great. Close enough to Siesta Key Village but far enough that you are out of chaos. Negatives: very close to busy road so it was very loud at night. Outdoor pool areas was beautiful but not screened in so mosquitoes were terrible. We had to fog the yard a few times a day which helped a little but when we ran out we couldn’t be outside.

Love this house !!

We had an amazing stay at this house. It is so nice and so peaceful! We slept late everyday. Kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need. The backyard is the winner. We hung out around the pool everyday. Lots of outdoor seating for your comfort nice outside shower and toilet was a winner. It’s a tropical paradise out there loved it so much. Close to any shopping you might need to do as well. Close to siesta beach. Highly recommend this house for your next vacation!

Great property

We spent our honeymoon at Ventana Rosa and it was amazing. The house was beautiful. It was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The pool was great and the bed in the master was very comfortable. The location was perfectly convenient for getting to everything we wanted to do while we were in Sarasota, as well as being close to plenty of places to eat and shop. The only problem we had was that the cookware could stand to be replaced, which we didnt notice till the end of our trip because we weren't doing much cooking, so it wasn't a major issue for us. We would definitely stay here, or at another property managed by this company, again.
