Over all the stay was excellent!! We stayed for a week for a ski trip to pico and killington. Excellent location close to both mountains. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need to cook meals!! Living room and bedrooms were also nice and comfortable!! My critic if I had one was the bathroom was very outdated and a little dingy not dirty by any means just needs to be updated! Would highly recommend staying here!
Perfect stay; easy in and out, minutes from Killington, clean & comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and organized, we cooked all week. We will look forward to staying here again. Host is very responsive and clear thoughtful communications. A++
Place was great for a Killington trip. Clean, cozy, close to Pico and Killington, and Mendon has great restaurants and wal-mart/grocery stores. Great for saving money on the food budget and still eating well by having a full kitchen.
Our teens loved the full size bunk beds. Great location. Hot water heater on demand was a nice perk for all the after skiing showers. Would recommend and stay again.
Condo was very clean and accommodated our family of four easily. Owner was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. Just a short drive to Killington and Pico!
A perfect place for family to stay while visiting and exploring the area. A glitch with lock codes was quickly and easily solved with a phone call to the most helpful owner. We will definitely consider this cozy and well-equipped condo for future family visits.
This unit had everything we needed for a great stay in Killington. It was very close to the mountain access road, as well as many restaurants and amenities. We had good communication with the owner and he was quick to respond to our many questions by text. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals and there was plenty of room for relaxing after a day on the hill.
Super easy check in process, easy to follow in the email. Place was clean and ready when we arrived. Plenty of room for all. Beds were super comfortable. Will he booking for next year.
Great condo, as advertised, but not a hassle-free experience
We were a group of friends visiting for 1 night, and it was a comfortable place to stay near the slopes. Scott was easy to get in touch with to coordinate the experience overall, but was highly particular in his communications and list of requirements for how we should leave the place. This was a little overwhelming and it wasn't made clear to us what the cleaning fee would be for failing to comply with every single requirement (e.g., ensuring no fog on bathroom mirror; leaving tub / sink towel dry; etc.). While I appreciate the need to keep the place 'check-in ready,' it meant that our group spent a long time recreating the place into exactly the state it was when we arrived for a mere 15hr stay. Not something we had ever encountered at other stays previously.
This property was quite lovely. We were all comfortable and had plenty of space. The kitchen has all the essentials and some handy extras, although we only found 1 kitchen towel. The exterior is well maintained and the interior was well kept, clean and orderly.
Cozy condo minutes from Pico and Killington. Wish we could have stayed longer. The only issue we had was first night with the heat. Landlord controls the heat in LR and master BR remotely, which we didnât realize. Once we contacted him the next day we were able to get this resolved.
Check in/out was easy. Good communication with owner. Location is very convenient to Killington and Pico for skiing, about a 10 minute drive. Lots of room for a family. Kids all had their own bed. Kitchen well stocked with supplies, just bring your own shampoo and soap for the shower as well as dishwasher soap if you want to run more than 1 load. Really not a big deal but good to know in advance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and quick getaway from home for a ski weekend.
The apartment was nice, though initially hard to find the building when arriving at night and no signage easily spotted. Our first day skiing was in the rain unfortunately, and then we had no control over the heat or fireplace in the apartment when we got back. So we were cold and couldn't help dry our gloves by leaving them next to the fire because the fire was off. Eventually the host told us that we would have no control over central heat due to previous guests damaging the thermostats. Overall the apartment was still cozy and conveniently enough located. We did also lose power on the second night for a couple of hours along with the rest of the surrounding area due to a car accident.
I have been coming to this area for years, and always wanted to purchase a second home here. Listings do not usually turn over very often, most owners hold onto property for life. The home I purchased was circa 1978, Since I want to keep it in the family, It needed a total renovation. I spared no expense. You will find everything you need to make an enjoyable stay in our home.
