The Space:
Step inside and feel the vacation vibes! The inviting living spaces boast calming colors, comfortable furniture, and ample natural light. Watch your favorite shows on the large screen TV in the family room, featuring a sofa and armchairs. The pristine white kitchen offers modern appliances, and you have multiple dining options - a high top table in the kitchen, a formal dining set facing the pool, or bar stools at the counter. Dine al fresco on the lanai at table and chairs that is directly under cover. A TV is also located outdoors on the lanai to watch a movie or a show while dining or swimming outdoors! The pool faces west to give guests nightly sunsets!

The three bedrooms provide privacy and comfort. The main bedroom features a King bed, direct lanai access, and an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, while the third bedroom has 2 Twin Beds. A second full bathroom serves both bedrooms and the living areas, equipped with glass enclosed showers.

Embrace the beach theme with our provided beach gear. Explore Tiger Tail Beach on Marco Island or Naples Pier Beach Access, just a short drive away. Enjoy 2 full-sized beach umbrellas, a cooler, and 6 folding Tommy Bahama beach chairs.

Satisfy your cravings at Sam Sneads Oak Grill and Tavern, the onsite clubhouse and restaurant at Lely Resort. Indulge in their daily happy hour specials and delectable burgers. Numerous dining and shopping options are also available nearby, including Brooks Burgers, Starbucks, Outback, and more.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 45 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.
