Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
Yes, you can rent a BBQ grill for an extra fee. Comes us with full propane tank.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is no child safety fence, but there is a pool alarm on the door leading out to the pool, which meets local safety code requirements in lieu of the fence.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)

The house is kept in great condition and very clean. Would definitely stay again. But we did have some issues. I want to preface that the host was VERY responsive and helpful with the issues.I confirmed multiple times ahead of arriving that the pool and hot tub would be hot when we got there. But it was not. Heat was broken and nobody checked first. This meant no swimming or hot tubbing the first night. They resolved the second day but the pool took the whole day to warm up. Another issue is the coffee maker did not work properly, but the host replaced it same day. The pool-side projector was missing due to it being broken. The host had someone drop off a rental projector but the rental company didn't want to set it up at all. It was not an easy setup but I was able to get it working, but the rental projector was not able to size the picture correctly so we could only see a small part of the movie on the screen.Overall we had a great stay, would definitely stay again, and were very appreciative of the host's responsiveness. The pool heat and pool projector were the major oversights for us that felt like they could have been avoided.One suggestion also would be adding room-darkening curtains to the master bedroom - when the sun comes up the entire room is lit up brightly even with the shades closed.

The size of the home was great for our group and the pool was heated to a very comfortable temp. With that said, the home was well used. A patio lounge chair broke the first time we tried it and was not replaced before we left. The outdoor pool projector did not work, the replacement took a few days, which was a rental left at our doorstep that we had to setup. I would say the rental would benefit from a deep cleaning or replacement of items that were no longer working, tenants should not have to point these issues out or discover and report them.

Our stay at Villa Patronus was perfect! The home was beautiful with plenty of space and amazing ammenities.The beds were comfortable and jetted spa perfect, especially after a long day at the Parks. It was close to everything and provided safety in a gated community. The communication from the host was quick, upfront and clear. and the management group who we communicated with once we arrived responded very quickly and were helpful to any needs we had. We had the most amazing vacation and would love to stay at this property in the future!

We had such a wonderful stay! House was well equipped allowing for some relaxing rest days. Kids LOVED the game room and the pool (with heat) was the perfect way to keep everyone entertained. Close to Disney, Walmart, it’s of food options for when we didn’t feel like cooking. Loved the daily trash pickup and the community water park was a hit even with the cooler weather. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous stay

We rented the house to accommodate our family, consisting of 5 adults and 3 children. The 8 year old was awe struck by the Harry Potter bedroom with its secret room. The attention to details in decorating that room, the Star Wars room, and the incredible games room were very impressive. The other bedrooms were nicely appointed and the beds extremely comfortable. The master bedroom was spacious, with plenty of room to accommodate the pac-n-play, which was provided. The private outdoor space had plenty of seating (the outdoor sofas could use up-dating), and a wonderful pool/spa combo that we enjoyed every evening. The outdoor theater screen was difficult to use, better instructions would have been helpful. The rest of the house was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. Sadly, our busy itinerary left us with no time to use the resort facilities. They appeared exactly as pictured, and had we stayed longer, I'm sure that we would have made good use of them. Dealing with the host and management team couldn't have been easier. When we arrived, we discovered that the kitchen sinks were clogged and the dishwasher had not drained properly. We contacted the property management company the following morning and within a few hours, a plumber showed up and resolved the issue. We also unexpectedly needed to stay an extra day, and our request to do so was handled quickly and courteously. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Villa Patronus

Our family of 11 stayed for two weeks at Villa Patronus. The accommodation was excellent, great space for all the family. Lots of towels for the bathrooms and plenty of poolside towels for outside. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of pots, pan and utensils. The location was perfect for visits to Disney and Universal all parks were within 9 - 18 miles. Shops and restaurants were easily accessible with just a short drive of around 5 minutes. We loved the pool, and the outdoor cinema was great for entertainment in the evening. During our stay one of our air conditioning units stopped working. We emailed the property maintenance team and a member of staff came out immediately and fixed the problem. The support staff for the villa were excellent and extremely helpful. If you are looking for a large house in the Windsor Hills area I would highly recommend Villa Patronus, we will definitely stay here again.

Great place!

Gorgeous home! Plenty of room to move around. Conveniently located to the Disney and Universal properties. Gated and clean community. We felt very safe. Stayed with 6 adults and 5 children. Did not use all the amenities it had to offer as we were gone playing most of the time. Would definitely chose here again!

Great Stay!

Property was in a great location! 5-10 minute drive to Disney and only 1/2 hour from Universal. Games room was a hit with the kids of all ages! We enjoyed the hot tub every evening and the kids used the pool most days. The Outdoor Projector was a bonus! Every room had a TV which was so awesome!

Perfect stay, close to Disney!!!

The house was accommodating and clean! A game room and our own private pool. The amenities within the community were also great. My 9 month old was on the trip and the house had a pack and play and high chair which was super convenient. Super close to Disney. We all had a wonderful time!! We will rent again when we go back to Disney!
