Lake Forest 3304 - Condo de plain-pied Sea Pines

We are currently working with the homeowner and contractors to resolve the flooring issue in the unit. As we have mentioned in review responses before, the floor has been an ongoing issue and we have been working diligently to try to resolve it. We believe that we are almost at the finish line with the floor issue! We will also make sure to clean the vents and the chandeliers and fans as well. Thank you for your review. We had to remove the cabinet door to replace some hinges as it was falling off quite often. The cabinet has now been reinstalled. The soft spots in the kitchen have been an ongoing issue at this property. The owner of the unit has had contractors attempt to fix the soft spots in the subflooring 3 times with no success. However, as of this week (June 9th) the subfloor has been completely replaced and the soft spots are no longer! We have also looked into the sliding glass door issue and have attempted to clean the track and replace the rollers to make it slide easier. It is now sliding better. It is not perfect because the building has settled onto the sliders, but they are able to be open with minimal force. We also looked into the cold air return and cleaned that up for future guests and asked our cleaners to dust the valences.
