We loved our stay! The view of the lake and private dock were so nice. We loved having a fully stocked kitchen and enough comfortable beds for our group. We will definitely be back!

Quiet and Cozy

The house was awesome and the little coffee care set up was SO nice....definitely made my mornings much better. The dock is amazing for relaxing and swimming. My kids and I had a fantastic time staying here. We hope to return again next year and take in more of what the area has to offer.

Lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay meeting up with family at this property. Owner was responsive and very pleasant, and allowed early check in for family who arrived early. The house came with everything we needed and more than enough room for both families. The kids enjoyed playing by the lake and making memories. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything went smooth with arrangements, checking etc. the house is good. Had everything we needed. Our only issues were: (1) poor internet speed, (2) poor TV package, (3) location was a bit too isolated for us.

85th Birthday

We rented this place to bring family together from Washington state, Mississippi and Texas to celebrate my mom’s 85th birthday. The whole thing was Amazing!!! We had everything we needed in the house and the private boat dock was a wonderful treat.

Great Lake get a way

The place was great and clean. Luckily it was a cool weekend because the air condition was out. Other than that I would definitely stay here again. The dock was great and the back deck is where we spent most of our time.

I give a 5 star rating for this rental!! Plenty of room, my grandkids absolutely loved the dock and the bunk beds. We boated and the grands swam by the dock, water was still pretty cold to me but they enjoyed it. We seen a gray fox that came right up to the campfire with us one night. Was beautiful!! Loved the deer and wildlife we seen. Enjoyed it and definitely will rent again!

Perfect family spot !

This place is amazing!! This was our 3rd year in a row at this property. There are 11 of us, 7 adults and 4 kids and it fits us perfectly. Property manager Racheal is amazing. House has everything you need, we never leave. Love it!! We will be back next year. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The house was very nice, however listed as Brandon, MO but it was an hour away! Also, stairs are not a problem but spiral stairs when you have knee problems can be difficult! Had a great time feeding the deer. Had 11 deer in back yard at one time!

Table Rock Lake House

This house is located perfectly on the lake! The boat dock provided an excellent sun and swimming experience that couldn’t have been better, with a beautiful view of the lake. The house was adequate with a comfortable king size bed in the upstairs bedroom, however the bathroom is located on floor below. Although, the house is large with lots of room for many guests, there is not much privacy for separate families or couples. The downstairs area is good for many kids, but the queen size bed is uncomfortable for adults. We were happy to have a kitchen with spices and adequate dishes, but the coffee maker did not work. The single cup option was not enough for the adults in our group. Overall, the lake makes the house a worthwhile stay, but the home itself needs a little updating.

What The Listing Doesn't Say

Pros to this property: Waterfront, sleeping space for 12, dog friendly (with a fee), and in Emerald Beach. Cons to this property: Shower curtain rod fell every time we used the shower, you have to step in the lake for about a foot to get to the swim platform, to get to the lower level of the house a spiral staircase is the only way to the lower bedroom with bunk beds and second bathroom. For handicapped or folks who aren't fans of spiral staircase, only one bathroom could be shared, which was an inconvenience. Keep in mind that Emerald Beach is a drive from any local attractions so you have to plan ahead. The neighbors are very close to this property so there is little privacy. We did enjoy our stay, but would have liked to know about the spiral staircase beforehand and the swim platform was deceiving from the pictures provided.

Great place for a family getaway.

We had a great time here! Lovely house in a very peaceful location and lots of interior space for 12 of us of all ages to spread out, yet still all dine together. Swim dock was a big hit with the kids, and we set up a 10’ canopy on top for shade after we’d had too much sun. Be aware there’s a hillside to go up and down to get to dock. Had a small issue with water heater (which appeared new) but were able to easily resolve it with an email to the property host. Only complaint from any family member was that those in upstairs bedroom & loft had no bathroom on that level, but that was a minor inconvenience. Rented a pontoon for 1/2 day from Big M Marina & a separate 1/2 day from King’s River Marina. We recommend King’s River.

We stayed her for the private swimming dock. It was a great place to swim. Rachel was so easy to work with. Can't wait to go back.
