The house was great. My only concern was if we were expected to clean up the house as we found it. There were no trash bags and could not find a dustpan for the broom. There were also only three rolls of toilet paper for seven people for three days.

Very disappointing property

Great area but what was advertised and what we got very disappointing. Had multiple problems with the property. Lights in kitchen weren’t working had to find circuit box to get on. Patio area was dirty and had rodent droppings. Tried to hose off the plastic yard chairs but hose was busted. Dirty dishes in cabinet, shower head in hall bathroom fell off. Contacted guest contact who was rude and unprofessional. Although it states no pets, there was a cat there constantly trying to come into the house and actually bit my friends leg when she tried to shoo it away. In spite of all the issues, we managed to have a fun time. The area is great

We use a professional cleaning service to ensure the home is fully prepared for every arrival, and we have followed up with our team to address the patio area and dishes so future stays are seamless. Additionally, we've repaired the outdoor hose and the hall bathroom shower head. While we love the surrounding nature, the neighborhood cat is unfortunately an external factor outside of our control. Very disappointing. Had multiple issues, the guest contact was rude and unprofessional. Patio furniture was unswept, very dirty, porch had collection of dirt, sticks, dead leaves. Tried to spray off the plastic furniture however the garden hose was busted. Lights in kitchen malfunctioned, had to find breaker switch to get them on. Dishes in cabinet still had food on them. No dishwasher pods or detergent in the house. Had to buy cleaning supplies. There was a stray cat trying to get in house all weekend. Shower head in hall bathroom fell off. Location was great, able to walk to Cranberry Resort, short drive to State Park and other fun places. Had a nice time on Indian Lake and definitely will visit again; however would not stay at this property. We learned it was maintained by a property management company and they were contacted through the VRBO website messaging. Replies seemed AI generated

The house was very nice but I thought it was directly on the lake. Also, the house was generally clean but the vents, ceiling fans, corners and light fixtures were coated in dust and cobwebs. Definitely could use a good deep cleaning.

Location is excellent! Lake, beach & local restaurants were a short distance. Very clean & homey ! We had no issues except that the fridge did not seem to hold it's coldness, but when I informed host, she sent out maintenance right away & actually came down herself & rectified the problem. Would highly recommend!!

Really enjoyed staying at this house. The location is great and so close to the water. Just a 3minute walk to Cranberrys which was perfect since we went to have some drinks. Beds with the exception of the bunk bed room were very comfortable and spacious.

Overall the impression of the property was as advertised. The only problem we encountered was that this was supposed to be a smoke free location and the master bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke. The smell wasn't horrible but certainly noticeable.

The back deck is a great place to enjoy family time. There was overpowering air fresheners perhaps prior renters smoked. Ice maker in frig doesn’t work so we just bought a bag. It would be nice if garbage cans weren’t already overfilled when we got there. Location is very nice.

The layout and space was nice. Furnishings were nice. Kitchen was well stocked. The house could have been cleaned better. Hairs found in bathroom and when searching for something, realized there was a lot of dust and debris under family room furniture. Outside cushions were really soiled. Beds were really soft--painfully so for our backs. There was no extra toilet paper provided. No soap was provided for showers.

Nice house

It was perfect for what our family needed. Wish it would have been nicer weather so we could enjoy the deck. It was a little windy due to Hurricane Helene. We hung out in the garage while cooking where there was plenty of seating.

House worked great for our needs. Attended a family wedding and had to care for the elderly grandparents that live nearby and shuttle them to the wedding also.

This house was very nice! Really enjoyed the covered patio area. Not very fond of the remote in the master bedroom. Would be nice if the lighting was just on a switch. Overall, it was a clean, updated house.
