House has plenty of parking to bring your Boat/Jetski's/RV. Public ramp/docks less than a minute from the house at Pew Island. Best location on the lake, steps from the water! Channel front lot on Tecumseh Island. Kitchen is fully furnished. Located around the corner from the Paradune Boat rental. Launch kayaks/canoes, go fishing or swimming in the canal, take walks, ride bikes, or just enjoy the surrounding lake views. A short walk from the Pew Island Trail; a one-mile path that encircles Pew Island and offers a spectacular view of Indian Lake. Pew Island also offers public parking, boat ramps, public docks, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and fishing access. Also less than 1 mile from the famed Cranberry Resort, lakefront bar/grill.

Your cleaning fee pays for thorough cleaning/sanitation of all floors, counters, bathrooms, and linen service. In order to keep this fee to a minimum, guests are still expected to perform the following:

1) Please empty all (perishable) food/beverages from refrigerator/freezer and cupboards.
2) Please wash any used dishes. You may leave in strainer or dry and place in cupboards.
3) Please empty all trash. Trash must be bagged and placed in the large receptacle located in the driveway. Please do not leave trash on the front porch or in garage.

Guest reminder: Neighboring homes are private property and we ask guests to please not trespass or infringe on neighbors enjoyment of the lake. Parking at the home is limited to 4 vehicles or 3 vehicles + 1 trailer. Anything to the east of the carport or west of the white picket fence is neighboring property and parking is not permitted. If you have additional vehicles they can be parked at Pew Island Recreation Area about 1 minute drive north of the home. Also we ask that guests please keep outside noise to a minimum after dusk.
