Summer 2026

Great location in the heart of Carolina Beach! Condo was clean and neat. The condo should have been provisioned with more towels. The sofas and chairs in living area served the purpose but were not very comfortable.

Top Deck was Incredible!

My family and I have been visiting Carolina Beach for many years and mostly staying around the boardwalk. This was the 1st year staying at Top Deck condo and absolutely loved this unit and all the amenities included. Outside of having one of the best views of the beach due to 4th floor and rooftop access, the owners paid very special attention in decorating and thinking through guest needs. We have also stayed at many beautiful and spacious condos in north myrtle but this is the 1st time my wife said it was 'perfect.' Well done to the owners and Itrip for being so accommodating!!! Amazing experience!

I have stayed at this condo a few times and it is always a 5-star experience. The property management team are fabulous with incredibly fast and friendly responses, the location of the condo is amazing being within a 2-minute walk of the boardwalk, the condo has all the amenities, and the rooftop deck is great. Just a topnotch location for a great beach stay!

Wonderful stay at Top Deck

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The view was breathtaking and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. Waking up and relaxing with that scenery made the experience even more special. The location couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk everywhere around the boardwalk, making it so easy to enjoy the beach, restaurants, shops, and attractions without worrying about driving or parking. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, organized, and clearly cared for, which made us feel right at home. Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place in an unbeatable location. Top Deck was fantastic! We had a wonderful stay with my wife and teenage kids. The location couldn’t have been better. Being able to walk everywhere made things easy. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. The views were stunning from inside, on the balcony, and of course from the top deck. It’s obvious a lot of thought went into the details, from the comfortable Polywood outdoor furniture to the step-up ledge leading to the balcony, as well as the fresh colors, design, and furnishings throughout. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would absolutely stay here again!

This condo is fantastic. Everything was clean and orderly. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. The view of the ocean is fantastic! We sat on the deck (both) every morning to watch sunrise! The condo itself is bigger than the pictures! We had plenty of room - we are a family of 4 and the children are teenagers. We loved playing games and hanging out in the house! We will definitely be back to this house on our next visit to Carolina Beach!

Just amazing!

We have stayed at many places along this coastline and this place is by far the best. The location, the updated and tasteful decor, the two outdoor areas to relax, the views, right on the beach… We felt at home right away and enjoyed every second of our stay.
