Our guests absolutely love 1614 Port Villa and here are some reasons why, taken from their reviews - "Great location!" "It is a quick walk to the tennis courts, Salty Dog, pool and the beach." A family or group of 8 will find everything they need to settle in and relax right here in their vacation home away from home. This fully updated kitchen is amazing, they thought of every detail for families who love to cook at home on vacation. The open floor plan allows for easy entertaining or family time while preparing meals. In the living room you will find new, comfortable seating and a large flat screen television. The second floor has one primary bedroom with a king size bed, ample closet space and a beautiful view. All of the bedrooms have an ensuite bath with a shower/tub and a private balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom is another primary suite with a king size bed and shares the third floor with the loft bedroom. This room would be great for kids, with bunkbeds and a clubhouse hangout feel. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of the cove, wander a short walk to the beach or head over to the South Beach Marina, home of the Salty Dog Cafe and many other island activities. This 3.5-bedroom vacation rental in Hilton Head Island allows dogs of any size for an additional fee of $200. ($100 for each additional pet).

The property was in need of a little care. The front and back screen doors were torn making them unusable. The floors had a lot of cat or dog hair on them, after vacuuming 3 times I could still see it floating in the air. The air conditioner unit was in need of cleaning. The bathrooms and beds were nice and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. The area is nice and beach access is a walking distance. I would stay again but would request a different unit.

Fall Break Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely love HHI but this was our first time staying in the South Beach Marina area - and our first time bringing our pup. Can't beat the location of this property and it was a wonderful space for our end of September getaway.My only suggestion would be that the outside space was very cluttered - the area where the garbage and outdoor shower is - and it was very challenging to a) get to the shower and laundry room door due to the stuff b) use the shower. Not sure if it was because it was off season or if that is just how it is, but with two kids and a dog, using that space was a daily must for us and the set up was not ideal. A hose would have been really helpful too.Otherwise, no complaints, we had a wonderful stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a wonderful week in 1614 Port Villa.We have been vacationing Sea Pines for over 20 years. This location was really great being close to bike rentals, Salty Dog with Shopping, plus the beach is very close by. The landlord could update the kitchen dishes. None match another and 2 wine glasses. There should be at least 6 glasses. Other than this it was a great week together with family.
