The Space:
This home has a layout that everyone will love.

Upstairs:
Extra large open plan living. Front and rear balconies with nature reserve and sand dune views. Barbecue, outdoor setting and day bed.

Air conditioning, dining area, and 2 lounge areas, one for watching the TV or DVD and a quiet area for reading and gazing out the window.

Kitchen has electric oven and cook top, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and much more.

Downstairs:
Living area with TV and DVD - a perfect area for the children.

Three bedrooms are located downstairs.
Main bedroom with a Queen Size bed, built in robe and ensuite.
Bedroom two with a Queen Size bed and free standing robe.
Bedroom three with 1 set of bunk beds and a single bed. x 2 Trundle pull out beds but only one will fit in the bedroom pulled out.

Main Bathroom with separate toilet.

Separate Laundry with washing machine and dryer as well as additional fridge.

Large grassed areas out the front and back with plenty of room for lawn games and more.

Plenty of off street parking available even room for a boat!
