What We Love

Stylish, practical apartment near the beach with an outdoor terrace, gym and pool!

This Port Melbourne apartment has been stylishly decorated with function in mind – including a separate study nook and easy, relaxed, open-plan living.

The home is just minute's walk from Port Melbourne Beach.

The bedroom features a queen bed with underbed storage and a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe.

There is a full facilities kitchen for all your cooking requirements and a glass dining table that seats four.

A comfortable modular lounge suite and plush chair make ideal areas to relax and unwind, either with a book or while enjoying your favourite film or TV show.

You'll be treated to a view of the outdoors from here via floor-ceiling glass windows, and doors that open to a fenced outdoor terrace area with a quaint table and seating for two (perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink).

The bathroom features a self-contained shower, toilet and basin with an overhead mirror.

Stay fit with the on-site shared gym which includes free weights, treadmill and other equipment, or take a refreshing dip in the indoor pool.

Port Melbourne is bordered by the shore of Hobsons Bay and the lower reaches of the Yarra River in a well-situated business location. Close to the seaside, and 5km from the CBD, this area is nearby cafes, restaurants, shops, parklands and more!

You have access to a gym, lap pool as well as secure undercover parking for 1 car. It's only 250m walk to the beach and we don't ask you to leave your other best friend at home as we are pet friendly and welcome small dogs to join you. Why wouldn't we with the beach, walking tracks and a multitude of parks in the area?

The Apartment building underwent redevelopment to preserve the heritage facade of the building from the 1800's when it was an old brewery. Hidden behind this facade is a hidden oasis with a unique design that is thoroughly modern. Balinese style gardens create that relaxing away from it all feel. Peace and serenity, as you do laps of the communal pool or work out in the fully equipped gym. Please note Children are not allowed in the gym.

Points of Interest

- Dog friendly Albert Park is just a 10-minute walk. This lively park is the perfect spot for light exercise (Byo yoga mat!) or a casual stroll. There are also several fabulous picnic spots with views of the city skyline and nearby Albert Park Lake. Enjoy the array of water sports permitted in the lake, including paddle boats, sailing, rowing and more (sign up for lessons at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre). Mini golf (and regular golf) lovers will be able to take full advantage of the nearby course.

- 10 minutes on foot will take you to the bustling Bay Street shopping hub, home to all your daily coffee (we recommend Bay Street Café), restaurant, boutique shopping and health and wellness studio needs!

- Gasworks is a vibrant arts precinct with a café, theatre and gallery spaces and workshops and activities for locals of all ages. It also hosts a local Farmer's Market on the third Saturday of every month where you'll find fresh produce, hand-made cakes, jams, flowers and much more!

- Ciao Cucina atis a must visit for delicious antipasti or woodfired pizza, with a leafy Mediterranean beer and cocktail garden. You'll be covered in cooler weather too, with cosy fireside dining.


Key Delivery Service

We employ an external key delivery service to meet you with your keys on your day of arrival. The key handover time is to be booked directly with them at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This service is included in your booking and covers arrivals between 3:00 pm -6:00 pm. If you are arriving between 6:00pm - 9:00pm, an additional after-hours fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after 9:00pm will incur an additional $100 after hours fee and subject to confirmation. Please confirm if you require an after hours check in at the time of booking to confirm if we can organise this for you.

Pet Friendly On Application

Please advise if you would like to bring your dog and their breed.We allow 1 dog per stay and must be a maximum of 30 kgs. We may make an exception at our discretion.Sorry no cats allowed.

Pets need to have all common vaccinations and registrations. Guests must provide their pets bedding, water and food bowls. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture.

Guests are responsible for 100% of costs related to pet clean-up. There is no grassed area in the property so clean up also refers to the common area of the gardens. That includes paying for landscaping/gardening and for any time spent cleaning up pet waste in the yard so that our cleaners can do the rest of their job safely.Pets are not to be left alone in the property as they may become distressed and disturb other residents. Rejuvenate Stays is not responsible if your pet escapes from the property, we recommend they have a collar with their name and contact phone number if they do become lost.|

Cleaning Service

Staying 7+ nights? Interim housekeeping services which include a changeover of linen can be arranged on your request. Depending on what would make your stay more comfortable, they can be arranged weekly or fortnightly. Please contact us to discuss.

Located only 5 km from the Cbd it is a quick 20 mins by bus or tram to the City.

By tram: Number 109 (to Port Melbourne) from Collins Street (about 20 minutes).

By tram: Number 1 (To: South Melbourne beach) from Swanston Street, 20 minutes.

By bus: Number 238 from the corner of Collins and Market streets to Bay Street to (about 25 minutes).

Getting around and where to go

A 2 minute walk and you will be at the beach. Set yourself up with a coffee or glass of wine at 3 Station Pier or Waterfront Port Melbourne and people-watch as the Spirit of Tasmania ferry arrives, and the international cruise ships dock.

- Gas Works Art Park

Take a quick walk to this popular arts complex which includes two theatres, three gallery spaces, a café and much more. Dogs are free to run around the park in the off leash areas. Take the kids to the playground whilst you enjoy a picnic, BBQ or take a jog on the walking track. You will love spending Saturday mornings at the Farmers Market on the grass soaking up the vibrant atmosphere and sampling the very best of local Victorian produce. (Every 3rd Saturday of the month)

- A bit about Port Melbourne

The suburb is bordered by the shores of Hobsons Bay and the lower reaches of the Yarra River. Open parklands, bayside beaches, exclusive apartments and Bay Street's restaurants and cafes. The suburb also forms a major transport link from east to west, home to one end of the West Gate Bridge. Port Melbourne has undergone a major demographic shift in the past twenty years, from one of the cheapest and poorest suburbs in the City to one of the wealthiest. Many large apartment developments in Port Melbourne occupy large blocks of land, taking over large factories and warehouses such as the Urban Sea Drift Apartment development.

- Beacon Cove and Station Pier

Bring your designer gear and stroll (or jog) down the palm-lined path that hugs runs along the foreshore. Deviate past architect-designed houses and the high-rise apartment blocks overlooking Port Phillip Bay. Rehydrate in Beach Street's cafes, dress up for beachfront sunset drinks, or dip your toes in the water.

- Back in Bay Street

Step back from the beach to Bay Street. Quality coffee and the best French provisions at Noisette. Shop up a storm at Bay Street's swanky boutiques and absorb a spot of culture at Mars Gallery. The plethora of bars will set you up with frothy beers (boutique, naturally) and top-notch pub grub.

Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure.If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:Excess cleaning fees,Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ,Excess garbage removal,Damage or breakages at the property,Loss of keys or scanners andLate check-out.Our rates are based on twin share.
