Hear the echo of Lyrebirds, wake up to a chorus of Kookaburras and Cockatoos, spot Bowerbirds nesting, and share your stay with King Parrots and Eastern Rosellas.

Walk to Falls Gallery for etching and pottery, and the Conservation Hut where you can enjoy a meal by the wood fire.

The village has maintained its old world charm, simply wandering around the streets admiring the original homesteads and gardens is an absolute treat.

Only a few minutes drive is the historic township of Wentworth Falls, where you'll find amenities, cafes, gift shops and the train station. Right nearby is the beautiful lake and playground.

Whilst there is so much to see and do in Wentworth Falls, Tully's Hut is your home base for day trips in every direction.

Explore the pretty township of Leura, visit the gardens, and drop in for views at Olympian Rock and Bridal Veil Falls. Continue to the high town of Katoomba for a different cultural feel, making your way to Echo Point for the famous 3 Sisters.

Further along you'll reach Medlow Bath where you can experience the atmosphere of the Hydro Majestic. Blackheath awaits for Rhododendrons, antique shopping and be sure to witness the views across Govett's Leap.

You may travel through Mount Victoria to Hartley, Hampton and the regions surrounding Lithgow. The scenery around the back of the mountains is simply superb.

Or in the opposite direction, you have all the wonders of the middle and lower mountains, so many great hikes, restaurants, cafes, galleries and markets.

Clean, cozy and comfortable

My husband and our English Staffy had a wonderful 2 night stay at Tully's Hut. We liked that place was clean, bed & couches were comfortable, plenty of extra blankets, had a full sized fridge & freezer and enough hooks, bench space & cupboards to hang things up. The fairy lights on the fence & sensor lights at the entrance were handy when we arrived back in the evening. For our dog, it was great to have a safe & secure fenced off yard for him to roam around. The location was nice & quiet and ideal for us to do a lot of hikes nearby. We'll be bark! ;-)

Oasis to return to

Lovely quite area to relax and refresh. Cottage is warm and welcoming, clean, comfortable feels like home. Owner providing huge folder full of information that she has put together, that was far superior than the tourist information center gave me. Hubby and I and our fur baby Oscar had a lovely few days.

all good the only thing I wish there was a book/map of all the switches (lights for example) but other then that it was a nice comfortable place

Long weekend in Leura

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tully's Hut. It is deliciously quiet and so close to the National Park. Hubby and I managed to get a couple of walks in to the nearby waterfalls. It gave us great peace of mind to know that our dogs were secure and happy in her yard. We hope to be back soon

Such a cosy cottage

Stayed at Tully's Hut for 3 nights and it was such a wonderful experience. It is in a great neighbourhood with many nearby activities that can be done. Dog friendly and even provided some necessities such as dog bowls if you forget your own.

Purrfect pet-friendly cottage

We enjoyed a lovely little getaway with our kitty. The cottage was cosy and comfy, not too far from the village and a great location for which to explore the mountains. Wonderful weekend away spot!

Lovely cat-friendly cottage

Was available at short notice, for a much needed break. Was travelling with my sister and my cat. Had never traveled with an animal before and had no idea how it would go. Could not have been better. Safe, secure property, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, tv and wifi, deck and garden. The cat particularly loved the wide windowsill. Close to Wentworth Falls walks, and to town. Also close to Leura and Katoomba. Easy drive from Sydney.

Great location

Tully’s Hut is the perfect place to stay with your dog with a great fully fenced yard. It’s in easy walking distance of the many tracks from the Conservation Hut or the Wentworth Falls lookouts. Weatherboard Cafe in Station Street does great takeaway coffee and fantastic mini cakes.

Beautiful Blue Mountains escape.

Quaint cottage in a tranquil location, close to beautiful walks and the local town. The yard was perfect for our little dog The cottage has everything you would need for a comfortable getaway. Leah was responsive and very accommodating. We would love to return. Thank you Leah for your hospitality

Gorgeous little old cottage in the mountains

'Tullys Hut' is a lovely little old cottage nestled in the Blue Mountains among similar quaint little old homes and new. walk around the block and you are captivated by the beautiful gardens or views of the Blue Mountains. Peaceful, cosy and well located we enjoyed our few days away. my mini schnauzer loved the secure yard and garden sniffing out all the new smells......

Very close to my heart, Wentworth Falls is simply peaceful, and incredibly beautiful. The views of the mountains, the gardens, the wildlife and birdsong, and being close to nature. These are just a few of the things that adore about this area.

The cottage is original. It is located a short stroll to the magnificent Blue Mountains National Park, where the views are phenomenal. Here you can really get amongst nature at its finest. Cute, cosy and warm, Tullys Hut is the perfect place to come home to after a day of experiencing the mountains in all their glory.
