Very clean condo with lanai facing forest. Condo is close to 3 nice 18 hole golf courses. Close to restaurants and bars.

Wonderful stay!

This condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and very comfortable. We loved the pool and the quiet, peaceful surroundings as well as the proximity to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Communication was excellent. We’re looking forward to a return trip and would love to stay in this unit again- highly recommend!

Nice condo with pool.

Condo was in a convenient location yet a quiet area. Building, grounds and pool were all well maintained. This condo was perfect for us. It has everything you would need. I was misled however as it was advertised as “Lely Resort” condo. It is not associated with the Lely Resort therefore we could not use their amenities.

After sending your feedback to the owner, we’d like to share the following:-We want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously and sincerely apologize that the home's cleanliness fell short of expectations. We have had a very stern conversation with our cleaning team to ensure all efforts are consistent and thorough. We wish you would have reached out to us during your stay. We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning team to address your concerns to make your stay most comfortable-We have our property sprayed and inspected monthly by a professional exterminator to keep our condo pest-free. We consulted with our exterminator after your stay as he maintains our unit and the entire complex and it's been confirmed there are no bugs or roaches in the areaThank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns. We have worked very hard to provide a clean and comfortable place for guests to enjoy and will continue to do all we can to provide the best possible stay for our guests!

Naples 2024

Adequate, but not exceptional. Neighbors left a complaint about noise on a day when it never stopped raining and we were trying to contain two young boys. It was Sunday and museums and parks were closed.

Owner's response: "Isabel, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. - We understand that it was raining and you had two boys to take care of and we're sorry that the neighbors complained. This is out of our control, we try to keep things under control so that the neighbors who live here do not complain. We ask all our guests to be respectful of those neighbors and keep noise levels at a minimum. We wish you had reached out if you were unhappy and would have rated our property on more than this one issue. Clean and Comfortable Condo with Extra Amenities

This is the second time we’ve stayed at an Evolve property, and there is a nice difference. Besides providing a clean condo and comfortable furnishings, the host provided so many nice amenities like hand soap, extra towels, a variety of kitchen appliances, and all the basic supplies for laundry, kitchen and bath. We didn’t need to buy anything extra except our food and enjoy the place. We relaxed with morning coffee and meals on the private lanai that overlooks a nature area. The heated pool is a beautiful spot for relaxing. The condo is convenient to shopping, restaurants, community center (with lap pool & nature trails), botanical gardens, and the Rookery. If you’re looking for a quiet place with friendly people and an excellent host, this is it.

Good trip

Overall the condo was great. The second bedroom is pretty small, however there were a lot of options to accommodate our family of 6. Two parents, two kids under 8 and two grand parents. Very close to Starbucks, restaurants, groceries. Just say 25-30 min for everything else like beach, 5th ave, mini golf… Word of caution don’t leave anything at the pool it won’t be there when you go back. Which has nothing to do with the condo but just being honest about it. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

The property was nicely decorated and clean. Loved the view of the preserve from the balcony. The beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys made for a nice time at the beach. The host was super responsive and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Nice quiet community in beautiful Naples.

Great stay

Our family had a great week staying here. The condo was as pictured - very clean and comfortable - and the manager responded promptly to any questions we had. Pool/hot tub area was nicely maintained. Balcony was a little small for dining, but a nice spot to read with a cup of tea and listen to the birds. Location was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, which we liked, but a car is definitely necessary to visit the many attractions around Naples. Cost was reasonable, especially given how expensive the area is generally. Naples is lovely; the beaches and botanical garden are just beautiful. We would go again!

Great Stay

Myself, my husband and my sister and her husband spent six weeks here. We loved the location. Great area to walk, pool was awesome, you could walk to grocery store, Starbucks and several eating places. We loved it!! Owner was very responsive to any needs.
