Enjoy the sights and sounds of the whispering breezes off the ocean. This spacious condo is the perfect place to enjoy luxurious waterside coastal living.



A welcoming foyer greets you at the front door and flows seamlessly into the open great room adorned with a cozy gas fireplace and a soaring high-arched ceiling with spectacular exposed wood beams. A panoramic view made up of convenient glass sliders allows for a therapeutic ocean melody. The wrap-around balcony is oversized and great for entertaining guests and enjoying a great view.



The gorgeous kitchen features a large entertainers island with breakfast bar seating, stainless steel appliances, and solid surface counters. Enter the stately primary owner's suite to relish water views. The spa-like master bath is embellished with a double-sink vanity, corner jetted tub, and separate glass shower. Continue through the unique and detail-oriented layout to find 3 additional en-suite bedrooms including another primary suite boasting its own generous en-suite bath with makeup station, double-sink vanity, jetted tub, and glass shower. Additional attributes include oversized walk-in closets and thoughtful closet organizers, a second refrigerator, spacious laundry room, bunk bed with extra trundle, storage in the unit, and a ground level personal beach storage unit.

Lots of space

Great place! Plenty of room for adults and kids! Very easy check in and out. The only change I would make is to have two queen beds or two full bed in one of the rooms, instead of just one King.

We Loved It!!

This condo was beautiful!! It is very spacious! We had 4 adults and 7 children stay together. We had more than enough room! We plan on renting again!!

Family Summer Vacation

Unit fit our families needs perfectly 6 adults w/4 small children under the age of 4. Each family having their own bathroom was fabulous. Plenty of seating in the great room area and for having meals together. 3 under cover parking spots was super especially for hot summer days loading kids in and out of car seats! will definitely try to rent again. Very nice place, no pool!

This is a very nice large condo. Very close to the beach. It was clean and well equipped. But we were told there was a pool, there is no pool. That was very disappointing.

Annual Family Vacation

We had such an amazing experience from the second we arrived. Great location, perfect parking, easy access to building and unit. When we opened the door we were unbelievably blown away by the cleanliness and beauty of everything. We are a total of 17 in the family. 4 seperate households, so we found the rooms to be perfect. The view was to die for. We truly give a 5 star rating and will be happy to return again.

Yearly family vac

I would just like to say that rental was a great experience by all. Overall size is great and owner did a great job making it feel like home not a rental. If I could just make one constructive criticism it would be that the cleaning crew do a little more in the fine tuning. Like under chairs and behind bedding headrest on floor. Since it is family orientated. Kids things tend to fall behind and under things. And when you look for them you find a used mask as an example. AC, Appliances all worked well and porch chairs were greatly appreciated. Hope to come back again. Thank you

I will tell you the biggest challenge we Property Managers have each weekend is turning multiple homes around in a very short time in order to have the home ready for the next Guest. Wow! What an incredible property that allowed us to have an amazing and memorable experience with family from across 4 states!My personal favorite aspect was that each sizable room had an equally sizable and PRIVATE bathroom (plus a half-bath for visitors). The layout of the rooms down a hallway away from the main living area and kitchen made for a happy Mom-Mom when she was ready to retreat from the chaos(!) and a quiet large room for our young son.The living area and kitchen invited everyone with plenty of seating to relax, eat, and chat. It naturally extended to the wrap-around, spacious balcony. There was even another fridge in the laundry room for overflow.Just a few steps (or in our case, a few short loaded wagon pulls) from the beach made getting to and from the beach (for bathroom breaks and such) a breeze!The codes in and out made us all feel safe while easily accessing the property. A few things not mentioned in the description worth noting (especially for families) are (as of 7/26/25):- beach storage locker with COPIOUS amounts of chairs (12 or more), umbrellas, boogie-boards (3), a wagon, a pop-up tent (which we used daily), umbrellas, adult bike, child bike, bike helmets, TONS of beach toys- toys and books for littles (baby-6/7 years old) in the living area (my 4 year old son was in his glory!)- cups and plates for littles- lots of left-over supplies like dish soap, hand soap, laundry pods, Ziploc baggies, aluminum foil, parchment paper, etc.

Two master suites!

I’m an honest person so I’m gonna give an honest review. My sister has a rental unit so I know how important it is. She gets some ridiculous comments but I’m a realist. Pros: -Great rooms. It’s rare to find a place with two master bedrooms, a “kids” room and another room that has a queen- not those worthless double beds that rental units love to have. -location location location. The drive on 90 bridge and go straight and you’re there. Also near a grocery store (that has beer and wine) and great restaurants like dead Freddie’s and Annabelle’s. The was also almost dead center for our view on the ocean. (I will say we did hear loud trash trucks for hours every morning nonstop. Having a baby meant not sleeping in lol) Cons: -I had to call the place because he was very dirty. We booked through Vrbo and no on responded through there so I texted and still no response - but if you call, I got a very nice man who took our concerns seriously. My kids had black feet so I had them mop. I had already vacuumed the entire place. If I was the owners and paid for cleaning I would be upset at the job that was done. There was sauce stains on the floor and cabinets, dirty towels in the kitchen, etc. -the bathroom has black alllll over and needs re-calked. -electric is janky. Light switches in other places kept turning on my bedroom lights, my brother in law in another room was controlling my tv. It was odd. Overall my family and I agreed it’s the best place we have stayed in OC so-far.

Great beach week with family in this condo.

Great location. Very secure. Easy check in and check out. Covered parking. Beach closet. Plenty of space for ten people to comfortably stay. Kitchen well stocked. Two refrigerators which was great. Good-sized kitchen pantry. Nice balcony which wraps around the entire condo. Bathrooms spacious as were the bedrooms. Free linens and towels which were waiting inside the door upon our arrival. Only problem which was not anyone's fault was that we somehow got missed in the cleaning schedule. Cleaners came in after 5 pm on the day of our arrival and did a quick clean of the bathrooms. We did our own vacuuming. Again, just a mixup. Would stay here again.

Great Place Close to the Beach!!
