The Shores of Madeira #501 - Please note that due to our 2024 hurricane season, there is no pool, hot tub or patio at this time at The Shores of Madeira. It is likely the pool will not be open until Summer 2026. In addition, there is no direct beach access from the property. There is public beach access however on the south edge of the property. Construction is ongoing on the property as repairs are made.
Gorgeous views from this direct beach front 5th floor Corner 2 bedroom 2 bath 1120 square foot unit. Wrap around balcony for unparalleled Sunset viewing. 30 day minimum rental building assures peace and quiet for your entire stay.
Full kitchen, Master bedroom has a king with en-suite bath and guest bedroom has two single beds. Both baths have been recently updated.
Arrival must be 1st of month, minimum 1 calendar month stay required ( call for exceptions ). This condo association requires the formality of background check & application approval at least 30 days prior to arrival. This includes providing social security numbers for all guests and also photos of driver's licenses. In addition to the condo association forms, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed. Per the Association Rules and Regulations, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property except in a private unit. SunHost allows smoking on the private balcony but smoking is not allowed inside this condominium. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.
Large beach side pool and hot tub. Complex also has a large common room on the ground level that opens out to pool and patio area. The covered common area includes a bbq grill, kitchenette and a lending library. Out side there are two additional large BBQ grills. A little over 1.5 miles from John's Pass Village keeps you away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to get to. Walk to Supermarket, drug store, post office, restaurants and pubs in the immediate neighborhood.
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.
The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks. Approximately 1.5 miles south of Shores of Madeira.
