The moment you step through the front door you will be mesmerised by the sweeping mountain views of the Conway Ranges.

The cleaver design of this modern home has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and accommodates 8 guests comfortably.

The Entertainers kitchen is sure to delight those who enjoy cooking and has been designed as the social hub of the home where guests can mingle and cook up a treat together before stepping out on to the expansive deck for pre diner drinks and alfresco dining.

The home has been designed to let the outdoors in with plenty of windows and glass doors to take advantage of the natural light and cool Whitsunday breezes. The seamless design of the home allows an easy flow between the kitchen into the lounge and dining area and out onto the spacious top deck area.

Airlie Abode is fully air condition throughout to ensure your comfort all year round, it is fully fenced, PET FRIENDLY and has a sparkling inground pool for all to enjoy.

Being so conveniently located to the heart of Airlie Beach and the Port of Airlie Marina where you can jump on the Ferry for a day trip to Daydream and Hamilton Island or perhaps you would prefer a day trip to the outer reef for some snorkelling and lunch at the world-famous Whitehaven Beach.

Airlie Abode will make the perfect holiday base ensuring an amazing Whitsunday experience.

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

Reviewer Comments: Was a great big family home however did experience some downfalls not really convenient for pet friendly lack of grass and poor fencing. The property advertised boat parking however only suitable for a small tinnie not a big boat as tge driveway is very steep and no room to turn around. No dryer which was really disappointing as we experienced alot of rainy weather. No tea towels.

There are beautiful views looking out over the hills that are covered in greenery. Lovely birdsong but not intrusive. Comfy beds. Excellent air con. Big balcony. Only slight downside is a very steep driveway if you are going for a walk and 16 steep stairs to get into the house. You do need a car to get around.

Reviewer Comments: had a beautiful 5 night stay plenty of space for everyone . great kitchen lots of containers and cooking appliances which was awesome as we did all the cooking !pool was lovely and clean beware you will need your sunnies as the patio is painted white so super bright . the guys at luxury holiday accommodation are truly amazing nothing is a problem and they will always get you in to your house earlier if they can which we all know is so good value for money . the views are beautiful and although alittle out of town this one a really quiet area to chill out . airlie never disappoints highly recommend this spot 🤗

The pool was a big hit with both the kids and adults. The house is well presented and had everything we needed. It was clean and well maintained, the booking and check in process was simple and easy and the service was great. I would highly recommend this house for a short or long stay

The linen was clean, beds were comfy, floors were clean. For the price I paid for my family to be all together for Christmas, I did not expect to have to wash all the dishes, cutlery, in fact, everything we used in the kitchen, even the benches before we even started to unpack. Then to go and use the toilets and have to clean them as well. The cleaners need to get a good kick up the you know what.

Air cons and ceiling fans were amazing in every room in January. Kids room was awesome and the house had everything we needed. Remember to buy coffee for the machine though! There’s a pod machine as well as a coffee machine. The pool was used alll the time day and night. Everything was perfect. The driveway and grass area is sloped so not much room for kids to run around but it was too hot anyway. Every part of the booking process was great- Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The negatives were that the house had very minimal supplies, two dishwashing tabs for a 4 day stay and laundry detergent and toilet paper was very minimal. The linen on the beds were odd there were sheets on top of a doona with no cover then under that was the bare mattress which was stained. Tv in the bedroom across from the main bedroom remote did not work so could not access the tv properly. The kids room with the bunks were great for the kids tho! Lots of toys etc to keep them entertained. Would more than likely rent again if they worked on those few things.
