Beautiful home, loved all the amenities. My sisters and i enjoyed every minute in the house. Remembering good times, dancing, playing games, eating and over eating. The host was available anytime i called and answered any concerns I had, promptly. I am well rested from a fun filled 5 day adventure. I wish i could live there.

Some additional cleaning was needed.... some dishes were dirty, metal shading on the floor from revenge maintenance, bathrooms were not competitive clean etc. Some furniture was not usable ( chairs on porch) . Overall the property accommodated 9 people comfortably.

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful inside and out. Couldn’t get the garage to open but overall the neighborhood was quiet and clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Game Day Weekend

Spacious home to accommodate our big family for game day weekend. Easy drive into Tuscaloosa and very nice property manager. We would definitely return again.

What a beautiful home! My guests were highly impressed with the thoughtfulness, the cleanliness of the property. They had so much space and they were sharing with me how comfortable the beds were! Kudos to the host who was extremely accommodating and thoughtful, as well as professional. The host allowed us to have a later check out due to my guest flight being canceled. We plan on utilizing the property next year for our upcoming conference!

Perfect for a large group just outside of Birmingham

We brought a group of 12 teens for an event in Birmingham. It was great to have seperate floors for the girls and boys. They all said their beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for preparing our own meals (Walmart delivery available!) The neighborhood was great and a perfect distance from the event in Birmingham. The thermostat for AC and for heat both worked great (drastic weather change while we were there). We would love to stay here again.

Great property, plenty of room for everyone. Lots of bedrooms and beds, just take your pick. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, we felt very safe with our children there. Keyless entry did need a new battery for use. But the property manager was very nice and responded quickly to help us out!!

The house worked well for our extended family visiting the area for a family wedding. Plenty of room in the well appointed kitchen, large dining and comfortable living areas to spread out to accomplish our various food and decor prep while still being able to be all together. The bedrooms were spacious and comfy. There is no shower or tub to complement the bedroom on the main level. This is not specified but alluded to with the caution in the description that there are many stairs which could pose a risk to those with mobility issues. The garage is standard size with stairs to the house as well as water heater and other equipment so only smaller vehicles can fit. The driveway does fit 4 vehicles if they not large trucks. Neighborhood was nice, safe and quiet (except for some Halloween decor!). It was perfect for the whirlwind wedding weekend. Wish we could have stayed longer to relax afterward.

Had we been notified while you were there, we would have promptly addressed them. As most of our guests can confirm, we pride ourselves on being very responsive to any concerns raised by our guests. We assure you that we would never knowingly leave a water leak unattended due to the potential damage it can cause. Upon discovering the refrigerator leak, we immediately arranged for repairs.-Regarding the microwave, this is the first time we've been made aware of any problems, and we will promptly have it repaired or replaced to ensure the comfort of our future guests.Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.

The property was better than I expected; my Family was VERY IMPRESSED I was satisfied with EVERYTHING about the property; unfortunately, there was NO COMMUNICATION with the property manager. I sent 3 or 4 text messages with pictures of things that I didn't want to be blamed for, but I never got any responses. Nevertheless, I would DEFINITELY recommend this property!

Terrible experience

House was beautiful! But we got there and the water bill had not been paid. We had already unpacked and put things away. Then as we started trying to get water, it wouldn't work. It was Friday evening and the water company would not come out and take off the lock because it wasn't an emergency. We had to go to a hotel and get 3 rooms. Not an ideal experience. Evolve gave us all our money back, but it was just an unpleasant experience. We had our elderly parents with us. Left a bad taste in my mouth for VRBO.

Tiffany, it is the homeowner's mission to provide a 5-star experience for all their guests, and we are disappointed that you experienced issues and left. We have shared your feedback and the owner would like to clarify the following; Owner's response: "Tiffany, We are very sorry that you experienced this we have not ever had this happen to any of our guests. As we explained to you I lost my credit card and as is the procedure they will cut off the card that is lost and issue an immediate replacement. I forgot to update my payment option with the water company and therefore my water was shut off. I tried everything within my power to escalate the issue and have it turned on immediately but was unsuccessful. Had I known about this earlier I believe I would have been successful but I was unable to rectify the issue and I am very sorry that you had this unpleasant experience. Please understand that in the three years of hosting this has never happened before and I will ensure it never happens again. I pride myself on being a Superhost and in keeping the orderliness and cleanliness of my home. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to strive for the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."
