Rest in the ground-floor primary suite, fully wheelchair accessible and designed for comfort, featuring a king bed, a spacious ensuite with a walk-in shower and support rails. Retreat upstairs to three serene bedrooms, including a queen room bathed in natural light, a tri-bunk room with a child-friendly top bunk, and a second suite with a queen bed, wall-mounted TV, and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. Designed with larger groups in mind, the full bathroom downstairs provides extra space to refresh without the wait, complete with a shower and bathtub. Maintain your laundry routine with a washer and dryer, neatly tucked behind cabinetry in the dining area.

Stay entertained in the converted garage, stocked with a pool table, bean bags, board games, and surfboards ready for your next beach adventure. Stay comfortable with air conditioning and take advantage of on-site parking for three cars.

Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $253. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
