We came here for a girls trip. There was 12 of us. This penthouse fit and slept all of us more than comfortably!! The unit was huge especially the master bedroom and bathroom. The walk to the beach was easy and the view from the balcony was spectacular. We really enjoyed the pool as well. For any problems we had, maintenance was quick to respond and came to fix the issue quickly. We also were a little confused about getting into the gate to the property and as soon as we called, we were met with a friendly voice on the other line. Hector in particular was amazing to work with. I highly recommend this unit and this condo in general. We had the best time of our lives!

I really loved the location and the host was very responsive whenever we had any questions or issues. The apartment is conveniently located close to everything, including grocery stores and restaurants. The views of the beach are beautiful, and the large sliding doors let in plenty of natural light, making the space feel bright and welcoming.The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and cookware, and we really appreciated having beach equipment available for our daily trips to the beach. And if u don't want to go to the beach the pool was also a wonderful area to be at.The only downside was the cleanliness of the sofas, sofa pillows, barstool benches, and carpet. They could definitely use a deep cleaning. We ended up using the sheets to cover some of the furniture.Despite that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again. With a little more attention to the cleanliness of the furniture and carpet, this place would be even better!

Highly recommend

We’ve been coming to Destin for years and decided to stay at Sterling Shores this year and it was the best decision! The rooms were incredibly clean, the staff was amazing, and the location is perfect. We highly recommend this condo!

The condo was absolutely perfect. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The only downfall and it was no fault of the condo owners was the construction noise right outside our doors due them redoing cement work and grinding out cement and power washing. The noise would start at 8 am and go until late afternoon. I would definitely rent this unit again.

It was all beautiful. Resort and PH6 was great and very well located. Trip was fun and a wonderful get away for our group of 4 lady friends. Time flew by too fast.

This was a beautiful property. It is well maintained and has a great view of the beach. Just a short walk across a street to the beach with hardly any traffic. Easy checkin, gated, and comfortable all around

One of my favorites!!

My husband and I have rented many properties for vacations and this one definitely rates in the top three! It included everything we needed and more! We have a couple small issues but they were taken care of immediately. The property was beautiful, the pools were clean, beach access was only steps away and having The Back Porch restaurant right on the property was very convenient. If we come back to Destin, we will be renting this property again.

WELL DONE!!!

The property is very well kept and in a great location. Quick walk to beach (2-3 min) The pool area is very nice although the water was a bit cold. Smaller pool had much warmer water. Condo is set up nicely and we would recommend it to everyone. View is fantastic 👌

Great place to sleep the 10 of us and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the two pools and of course the beach. It was nice to be so close to the beach. We highly recommend!
