Nicely located just under a half mile from Rock Harbor, just over a half mile to the bike trail or the center of town, 1.2 miles to Skaket Beach on the bay, and 3.8 miles to Nauset Beach on the ocean.

Enter this charming home to find a fully stocked kitchen, separate dining room, large, open living room, full bathroom with a combination tub and shower, master bedroom with a queen bed, and guest bedroom with an extra long twin bed with trundle.

The second floor has a wonderful loft area with two twin beds on one side and a sitting area on the other side with a queen pull-out sofa.

There is a nice covered patio area outside with outdoor furniture. There is also a level yard with small kettle pond in the back of the house. Enjoy an afternoon barbeque or rinse off after a long day at the beach in the exterior enclosed shower.
