Three Pines @ Culburra Beach - 2 minute walk to beach

Relax on the north facing deck and enjoy the ocean views framed by the majestic Norfolk Pines or take the 2 minute walk to the beautiful shoreline of Culburra Beach.

Our dog-friendly house is located in a quiet laneway. It is perfect for couples or up to two families with 3 bedrooms, living/dining/kitchen and two decks upstairs and then a huge rumpus with 4 single beds, TV, lounge, ping pong table and laundry/bathroom downstairs. An added bonus is the basketball hoop in the large driveway.

Enjoy the dog friendly beach where you can have an early morning swim and walk with your dog, enjoy the hot outdoor shower when you return and then sit on the deck admiring the view with your freshly made coffee, while the kids play ping pong downstairs, play cricket on the huge front driveway or ride their bikes in the quiet lane.

At night, listen to the sound of the waves as you fall asleep in freshly painted and carpeted bedrooms upstairs:

- Bathroom upstairs | separate toilet, separate room with shower and bath, vanity with ample storage, hair dryer and large mirror
- Bathroom/laundry downstairs | Large shower and toilet, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron/ironing board, door to backyard
- Kitchen | all new stainless steel appliances including double oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and a Lavazza coffee pod machine
- Dining | 8 seater dining table adjacent to kitchen leading to undercover deck where you can enjoy the large BBQ and sit with a cheese platter and wine while you watch the magical Culburra sunsets.
- Living | adjacent to dining with a large leather lounge, 2 seater lounge and 2 armchairs, smart TV and air conditioning/heating. Leads to a large front undercover deck where you can enjoy views to the sea and spectacular sunrises, with an outdoor lounge and dining table.
- WIFI included and BYO Netflix, Stan and Spotify.
- Google nest speaker enables you to play your Spotify music or podcasts.
- Ping pong table and basketball hoop.
- A selection of board games and cards are also provided.
- We even provide a dog bed and bowls along with dog towels (near the front door).

We provide 3 toilet rolls per toilet, soap, linen and bath towels and a selection of tea/coffee pods. Items such as oil, soy sauce, paper towel, foil, glad wrap are also provided. We request that you please bring your own beach towels.
Strictly non smoking both inside and outside.

Attractions:
2 minute drive to the local shops including a Woolworths, BWS, cafes, bakery, petrol station and Culburra Bowling Club.

Drive 15 mins to Jervis Bay or 20 mins to Nowra (stop in at Nowra Fresh on your way to Culburra for fresh south coast produce)
Short drive to pick up fresh oysters/prawns at Greenwell Point, or have fish and chips.
Bring your boat or hire a boat and explore the Shoalhaven river or Jervis Bay.
Enjoy fantastic coastal walks, flat bike riding paths, surfing, tennis/golf and of course perfect vantage points for whale watching during migration season between May and November.
