This private, luxury estate gives off a feeling of warmth and elegance that is influenced by designs relating back to Old World Mediterranean and Italian design. No detail was forgotten, and it can be seen in the richly carved fireplaces, hand painted ceilings, grand arches, Cantera stone and carved columns inside and out.

The massive open floor plan and 12 ft vaulted ceilings make this fantastic for large gatherings. The chef’s gourmet kitchen features a large island, granite countertops, Sub Zero fridge and freezer, Wolf gas stove and oven, pot filler, two dishwashers, a walk in pantry, and a coffee bar with a Nespresso and assortment of tea. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils, herbs and spices, cutlery, glassware, and tableware for up to 18 people.

The family room is perfect for entertaining with grand comfy furniture, a TV, fireplace, and large bar with an ice machine that allows you to mix up all your favorite drinks. Right off the living room is a games room with a poker table, bubble hockey table, ping pong table, and plenty of additional games to play. The main house also has an office, grand dining room and formal living room.

Indoor and outdoor living merge with the Nano door system that allows the family room to carry out to the covered patio where you can enjoy the Arizona sunshine in your own private backyard oasis. This includes a sitting area with a 65" TV and fireplace, an outdoor kitchen with a deluxe BBQ, a dining table, misters, and chaise loungers that overlook the pool and lush grounds covered with lots of fruit and palm trees.

The secluded resort style backyard is the perfect desert escape, with a heated pool and spa, and two propane heat towers for the cooler nights. Kids will enjoy the outdoor playset, and the golf fans can practice on the contoured putting and chipping green. The lawn is the perfect place for a game of cornhole or spikeball. There is more than enough outdoor seating for the entire group to enjoy the days and nights outside.

The elegant master is your own personal haven, with a grand fireplace, doors to the pool and patio area and a private sitting area with a wet bar. The lavish en-suite includes his and her vanities, a water closet with bidet, a walk in steam shower, large, jetted tub, and large walk in closet.

Pool & Spa Info
- We heat the pool to 87 degrees. If you want the pool warmer, there will be an additional charge.
- Spa heat is included.
- We are not responsible for any injuries due to pool related activities. Please use at your own discretion.
-Touching the pool equipment is prohibited because of how easily it can break when it is not adjusted properly. Guests may be charged if damage is found to the pool equipment. If assistance is needed with the pool, please reach out for help.

Additional Notes:
- Guests will have full access to the entire property with a backyard that is fully gated in, including the main house, 2 guest houses, the outdoor patio, pool, spa, and putting green.
- All TVs are set up with multiple streaming platforms.
- There is 1 parking spot in the garage and multiple spots for lots of additional cars in the driveway.
- There are a couple bikes in the garage.
- Contactless check in with custom door locks.
- High chair and pack and play at the house for use.
- Could be charged additional fees for any damage to the property or failure to follow the house rules.
- Pets may be allowed if approved for a fee of $100, please inquire before booking.
- We are not responsible for any injuries caused on the property.
-On-site security devices include: 1 ring doorbell camera, 1 ring flood light in drive way, 2 ring solar lights (1 in front drive way and 1 by side gate), security alarms, glass break sensors, decibel monitoring, and exterior motion sensors.
- No smoking on the property.
-Our property is in a quiet family neighborhood with a Noise Level Limit between 10pm and 7am, so please be courteous to the neighbours while enjoying time outside. Per local city ordinances in Paradise Valley, outside noise may not exceed 56 decibels during the day. All outdoor music and noise is prohibited after 10pm. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines.

You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Paradise Valley Town Code Section 10-14-4. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.
The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Paradise Valley Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.
