As you can imagine it takes a lot of coordination to have this type of work completed in this kind of weather. We must take our time to ensure workers’ safety. Regarding the grill, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are happy that we were able to quickly resolve this issue by promptly purchasing and delivering a brand-new grill. We appreciate your feedback regarding the temperature inside the home. We understand the importance of a comfortable environment, especially during the summer months. Unfortunately, during your stay, we experienced an unexpected heatwave. We understand that it was exceptionally hot during that period, and we apologize for any discomfort it may have caused. We want to assure you that our AC unit is serviced three times per year to ensure proper operation. Our records indicate that the house thermostat was set to 68°F throughout your stay, despite the outdoor heat index being very high. We acknowledge that the extreme outdoor conditions may have affected the indoor temperature. As a general practice, we always advise our guests to keep the doors closed, especially during heatwaves, to help maintain a comfortable temperature inside the house. Our records indicate this information was adequately communicated to you multiple times. We understand that staying cool during such extreme heat can be challenging, and we appreciate your understanding. We appreciate the clarification that all the house fans are indeed working, despite the noise from one of them. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the noise, and we appreciate your understanding. We want to inform you that upon receiving your feedback, we immediately replaced the fan to ensure a comfortable environment for our future guests.
